Mailin entries must be postmarked by 7/1/18 and received by 7/3/18, 2018 to be eligible for entry. All entries must be hand-written. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. You will receive one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes for each eligible free entry received. Limit ten (10) entries per person regardless of method used. Not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received in time for the random drawing or for electronic, network or computer/scanner failures or malfunctions, cards scanned incorrectly, or other technical errors of any kind. 4. RANDOM DRAWING Winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The drawing will occur on July 1, 2018. Trip consists of round trip coach air travel from a major gateway airport near the winner s residence to Louisville, KY; Two (2) VIP Experience tickets to the Forecastle Festival; a total of 4 nights/5-days double occupancy standard hotel accommodation; Daily per diem of $100/each for winner and guest for each day of festival; ground transportation to & from the Forecastle Festival and Forecastle Merchandise for winner & guest. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ) $4,000. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and comply with all security requirements. Winner s guest must meet same eligibility requirements as winner, as set forth herein. Trip must be taken July 12-16, 2018. Winner and guest will be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, insurance, and are responsible for all gratuities, meals, ground transportation, and any other costs or expenses not stated in these Rules. Ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation if winning entrant resides within a 200-mile radius of destination, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in value. Actual value of trip may vary, depending on final itinerary and any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. In the event that a prize trip component is not available for any reason, Sponsor may award to winner either the value of that component or a substitution of equal or greater value for that component and the remaining elements of the prize, and such awarded prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor s prize obligation to winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. Sponsor and Sponsor Affiliates do not make or offer any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied (including, without limitation, quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) in
connection with this Promotion or any prize. No issuer of any offered prize is sponsoring this Promotion. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value may be substituted at Sponsor s sole discretion. Prize consists only of the items listed and cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred or redeemed for cash, but Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
