How to activate the BGL SimpleFund 360 to Panorama data feed The following steps describe how you can activate a data feed for a fund from BGL SimpleFund 360 (BGL SF360) to Panorama. You can choose from two options: 1 2 Authorise Panorama to access all your funds on BGL SF360 JJ By authorising access to all funds upfront, you will not need to provide authorisation again if an adviser requests access on behalf of another fund. JJ Panorama will only request information from BGL for funds that have a Panorama account and where the adviser on that account has requested to connect to your accounting software for a fund s externally held assets. Authorise Panorama to access one or more individual funds on BGL SF360 JJ By authorising at fund level, you will need to update the authorisation each time an adviser requests access on behalf of another fund. JJPlease ensure the SMSF s ABN is recorded in BGL360 so that we can link the data. Option 1 Authorise Panorama to access all your funds on BGL SF360 1 Sign in to Panorama. 2 From your client list, select the account that the adviser has requested access to. 3 Within the account, navigate to Portfolio > External assets page and select Authorise. 6 Select Authorise to authorise connection for all funds. You will be redirected back to Panorama and a confirmation will display. The connection will be activated with the next feed, which will show the fund s external assets. Option 2 Authorise Panorama to access one or more individual funds on BGL SF360 1 Sign in to Panorama. 2 From your client list, select the account that the adviser has requested access to. 3 Within the account, navigate to Portfolio > External assets page and select Authorise. 4 Select Connect. BGL SF360 is displayed in a separate window. 5 Log in to BGL SF360 if you are not already logged in. The Please Confirm page is displayed. 6 Go to SELECT FUND in the top-right corner to specify the fund or funds to authorise. 7 By default, the Auto Enable Funds toggle option is selected. Set the toggle to OFF if you do not wish to authorise new funds automatically. You can place funds in either the Enabled Funds or Disabled Funds lists using the arrow button (>>) to move the funds from one list to the other. How to activate the BGLSimpleFund 360 to Panorama data feed Page 5 of 9
The following example shows all funds under Disabled Funds. You can manually move back any specific fund or all funds, if required. How to update an authorisation to include Panorama access to an additional fund on BGL SimpleFund 360 If you previously provided authorisation for Panorama to access individual funds only and an adviser has requested access to an additional fund, you will need to update the authorisation to allow this connection. This can be done via BGL SimpleFund 360. 1 Log in to BGL SF360. 2 Navigate to the Token Manager page by going to Connect > Connections tab and selecting Manage my API Token. 3 Select the Funds icon.
