TINY HOUSE LIVING FESTIVAL - COLORADO ABOUT Tiny House Living Festival, an original small spaces expo, is coming to Aspen Grove in Littleton, CO; Aug 11 th -13 th, 2017. The event will blend the spirit of a grass roots tiny house community gathering with contemporary education, advocacy, and application for tiny abodes. Aspen Grove is in the heart of one of Denver s most popular neighborhoods with easy access via major freeways and a quick 2 minute walk from public transportation. Participants and attendees will enjoy a beautiful open space festival and have use of the facilities, shops, dining, and activities of this stylish marketplace. Tiny House Living Festival offers expert speaker presentations, hands on workshops, a product and service marketplace, vendor fair, entertainment, and more. FESTIVAL PARTICIPANT INFORMATION AND REQUIREMENTS TINY HOMES Featured THOW (tiny house on wheels) builders will be joined by a variety of professionally designed modern homes as well as more eclectic small housing options including school bus conversions, live aboard boats, yurts, teepees, and conversion vans. TINY HOME FEE Three day placement: 40x40 without electricity $200 40x40 with electricity $250 Space with electricity is limited and available on a first come - first served basis. Structures must provide their own heavy-duty extension cords (100 ft. minimum.) One space can support up to two homes, 10 x 10 tent, and removable landscaping. Branded advertising (banners, signage, etc.) is allowed, please be considerate of those around you! You must provide your own tent and tables or rent one through our affiliate tent provider. Five, 3 day access badges are provided per space, if additional badges are needed please email support@tinyhouselivingfestival.com. Should you need accommodations, Tiny House Living will be booking a block of hotel rooms, 5 minutes driving distance from the festival site. Discounted booking information for hotel rooms will be provided by mid July. All structures will need to provide a copy of liability insurance for $1,000,000 naming Tiny House Living Festival as an additionally insured party and read and sign attached waiver. All location requests will be considered on a first come - first served basis and honored wherever possible. Payment for Colorado is due by July 21, 2017. Application Deadline for Colorado is July 21, 2017. Please provide a detailed description of your houses on the form (attach an additional sheet if necessary) and, if possible, attach photos.

MARKETPLACE A diverse assortment of nationally known product and service providers will be showing off the latest in small living essentials; while local artisans display handmade crafts, jewelry, and more. Vendors keep 100% of onsite sales. Vendors are responsible for obtaining a valid Colorado State Sales Tax license. Vendors from out of state can apply for a one time special event license, found here https:// www.colorado.gov/pacific/sites/default/files/dr0589.pdf There is a $4.00 fee to apply. The combined sales tax rate for Littleton, CO is 7.25%. This is the total of state, county and city sales tax rates. Vendors should collect this and remit to state of Colorado after the festival. LOGISTICS Structures: Structures may load in Thur Aug 10th, 10am. We ask that all structures check in by Fri Aug 11 th, 7am. Due to safety issues, structures that arrive after 7am, may forfeit pre assigned location and be assigned an alternate location. Marketplace: Vendors and crafters may load in as early as Thur Aug 10th, 10am. Vendors and crafters must check-in on Fri Aug 11 th between 7-8am. Due to safety issues, arrivals after 8am, may forfeit pre-assigned booth location and be assigned an alternate location. Vehicles will not be allowed in the festival area after 8am without permission of a festival official and all vehicles must be removed from festival grounds by 9am. Structures and vendors must be completely set-up by 10am. The festival requests that all vendor booths remain open until 5pm Fri Sat, 3pm Sun. Structures and vendors can break down Sunday Aug 13 th, 3-6pm. The festival requests that all participants be off site by Mon Aug 14th, 12 pm. To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify a festival official. With permission, structures and booths that can be packed-up and walkedout will be allowed to do so. No vehicles will be allowed on the festival grounds before 3 pm Sun Aug 13th, without the permission and escort of a festival official. Structures and vendors are responsible for leaving the show area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. Each applicant will receive a confirmation email upon acceptance of their application and a map and directions will be emailed prior to the event. This event occurs rain or shine! Be prepared for wind, rain and/or heat/cold. All vendor fees are non-refundable after July 21 st, 2017

WAIVER Tiny House Living Festival reserves the right to refuse any application, should this occur the fee will be refunded. Should the applicant be accepted, the applicant shall defend, save and hold harmless Tiny House Living Festival, their respective officers, agents, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not hold Tiny House Living Festival responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Participant property is not insured by Tiny House Living Festival or any sponsoring agents. 24 hour security is provided, however, exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitor assumes full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor s property.
