MANAGING DIRECTOR S MESSAGE Nothing upsets me more than seeing people buy terrible investment properties and it not working out for them. At Superannuation Property, our aim is to provide clients with the opportunity to retire earlier, by increasing their personal wealth to a level they never even thought possible. Seeing a shortfall in the market, I established Superannuation Property so everyday Australians could access a full range of cost-effective end-to-end solutions under the one roof, to create wealth through their superannuation portfolio with property investment. If appropriate, arranging for the replacement of the existing trust deed for the SMSF with a Superannuation Property self-managed superannuation trust deed. Opening accounts for the SMSF with the bank and stockbroker nominated in the client s application. Applying for the ABN and TFN as required on behalf of the Trustee. Bare Trust - Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangement (LRBA): Borrowing in a super fund is tricky business. Super funds need to satisfy the legislative, ATO and lender requirements, as well as meet stamp duty exemptions for your local state revenue office. You also need to watch you don t get caught out with capital gains tax (CGT) on the transfer of the property. We provide peace of mind when it comes to borrowing to invest with your super.
