Project Finance involves a corporate sponsor investing in and owning a single purpose, industrial asset through a legally independent entity financed with non-recourse debt. Raising of funds to finance an economically separable capital investment project in which the providers of funds look primarily to cash flow from the project to service their debt and provide returns on their equity 27 27
