Title Insurance Litigation in the Time of Economic Crisis The U.S. is currently experiencing unprecedented economic challenges and changes. How is the economic situation affecting the title insurance industry, and the litigation of title claims? You will hear from title insurance experts both in-house and in the field who will discuss industry changes and recent trends in claims litigation. You will also receive an update on recent legislative and regulatory changes that will be of interest such as TARP, cramdown legislation and changes to RESPA.
