From Agent HQ SM to IENet SM, we are committed to building an infrastructure that helps agents increase efficiencies and grow more profitably in the long-term. Electronic Policy View is just one of the tools we offer to improve your productivity. It is available real-time through your Applied, AMS, DORIS and INSTAR agency management systems. Benefits of Electronic Policy View: A single point of entry through Agent HQ no installations, no new passwords Paperless access to information on your Service Center accounts Improved communication between your agency and Travelers Time-Savings Look up exact copies of policies without leaving your desk Accuracy All transactions viewed are exactly as issued Improved Customer Service When your insured calls with questions on their policy you ll be able to pull up the policy in seconds Agencies, claim representatives and underwriters can view the same policy at the same time 3
Accessing Electronic Policy View 1. Select Policy View from the drop-down or left navigation bars. 2. Choose Policy View (Travelers) 4
Customer Search Screen 1. Select the policy form description from the drop-down menu, and enter the 8-character policy number and policy effective date in the specified field. *Note: Policies issue on St. Paul paper will not be available in Electronic Policy View. 2. Click the Search button to begin the search process. 3. If the search is successful, the Transaction Summary page will display (see page 6). 4. If the policy form, policy number or effective date is entered incorrectly, a pop-up message will inform you that the combination entered cannot be found. Click the Reset button to clear all data. 5
Transaction Summary Screen Once you have completed your search in Electronic Policy View for a particular policy, you will be brought to the Transaction Summary Screen. The Transaction Summary Screen displays the following: 1. Policy Summary (including the Policy Number, Policy Form, Policy Effective Date, Producer Code, and Insured Name) 2. Transaction Summary (a list of Transaction Types with the Transaction Effective Dates, Transaction Issue Dates, and Complete Indicators) Viewing Transactions A. Select the transaction(s) you wish to View. Use the checkbox to select the rows of the Transaction Type you wish to view. Note: When selecting multiple transactions, each transaction will be displayed in the same Adobe window. B. Select the view you wish to Retrieve. You can choose: Full Policy - All forms in the transaction are presented. Fillins Only - Only those forms that require you to input information are presented. 6
C. Select the Document Set wish to view: Insured view Only the Insured documents are displayed Agent view The Insured documents are displayed along with the Agent s unique documents D. Select View. This will open Adobe and present the paper transaction as it was created (the following page displays an example). Note: When selecting multiple transactions, each transaction will be displayed in the same Adobe window. E. To return to the Customer Search Page, single click on the Electronic Policy View link in the left-hand navigation bar. Saving Transactions A. Select the transaction(s) you wish to Save. Use the checkbox to select the rows of the Transaction Type you wish to view. B. Select the view you wish to Retrieve. C. Select the Document Set wish to Save. D. Select Save. A windows dialog box will open asking if you would like to Save or View the document. Select Save and choose a location to save the document. Note: The document will be saved as a ZIP file that contains all the policy transactions selected. Navigate to the file and select Extract to uncompress the document and make them viewable. 7
Policy Presentment View When you select a Transaction Type, an electronic copy of the policy will display, which can be saved or printed. To view the policy forms, click on the + sign to expand (and conversely, the sign to contract). 8

Frequently Asked Questions Q: Do I need a separate password? A: No, Electronic Policy View has been added to Agent HQ to eliminate double log-on. Q: What hours and days is Electronic Policy View available? A: Electronic Policy View is available Monday Friday, 6:00 am to 10:00 pm EST. Q: I issued a new business policy through IENet today. When does a newly issued policy become available online? A: The policy becomes available for view the following morning for any type of transaction. Q: Are agencies able to see other agencies policies? A: No. Agencies are limited to retrieve and view only those policies written under their producer codes. Q: Is the user able to view both the agency s and insured s copy of the policies? A: Yes, the user will first be able to view the insured s copy and then agency unique pages. Q: What is meant by fill-in forms only on the Search Results page? A: Fill-in forms only displays the system fill-in forms that contain all of the variable coverage details. (i.e. declarations page versus the business owners form, which is all text) Q: Why is fill-in forms only defaulted on the Search Results page? A: We have set the default to fill-in forms only to allow for a quicker retrievable document for viewing. This format includes the coverage variables that are specific to the policy. Q: How do I view multiple transactions? A: Select the transaction box next to each transaction that you would like to view. After all options for viewing are set, select to view and the multiple transactions will be displayed in the same Adobe window. Q: What format do policies come in? A: All copies of documents will be downloaded in PDF format. Q: Can the users Cut/Paste/Copy in this format? A: Users cannot cut/paste/copy segments of policy to Word or any other application. However, the entire PDF can be saved and the insured s copy can be e-mailed to the insured. Q: How do I print the policy? A: Click on the printer icon in the Adobe toolbar. In order to print policy paper from Electronic Policy View, be sure that the printer being used has enough memory to handle the task. 10
Frequently Asked Questions Q: Can I save a copy of the policy? A: Yes, a user can select Save from the transaction summary page. This will download the contents of one or more selected transactions in the form of a ZIP file. Q: What is the Log Profile link in the lower right of the search screen? A: The Log Profile link is for administrative purposes only. Selecting this link will not have any effect on the current screen or any results.
