Medical practice owners have specific needs. The goal of our services is to help Chiropractors protect what they have worked so hard to create, increase the financial potential of their business and maximize retirement or early retirement opportunities. Chiropractic Wealth offers several services, which are designed to work together to meet the holistic needs of our Chiropractor clients. Financial Planning. Professional Portfolio Management Accounting and Tax Services Retirement Plan Advisory Services Todd Calamita is the sole principal owner of the Registrant. Please see Brochure Supplement, Exhibit A, for more information on Mr. Calamita. As of December 31, 2017, Calamita Wealth Management managed $61,886,030 in assets. SERVICES PROVIDED Financial Planning One of the services offered by Chiropractic Wealth is financial planning. This service involves working oneon-one with a planner over an extended period of time. By paying a monthly/quarterly retainer, clients get continuous access to a planner who will work with them to design their plan. The planner will monitor the plan, recommend any changes and ensure the plan is up to date. When a client engages Chiropractic Wealth to create a financial plan, the client will be taken through establishing their goals and values around money. The client will be required to provide information to help complete an analysis of such areas as net worth, cash flow, insurance, credit scores/reports, available employee benefit plans, retirement planning, insurance, investments, college planning and estate planning. Once the client s information is reviewed, the situation will be analyzed and the plan will be built. Then the findings, analysis and recommended changes to the current situation will be reviewed with the client. In general, the financial plan will address any or all of the following areas of concern. The client and advisor will work together to select the specific areas to cover. These areas may include, but are not limited to, the following: Business Planning: We provide consulting services for clients who currently operate their own business, are considering starting a business, or are planning for an exit from their current business. Under this type of engagement, we work with you to assess your current situation, identify your objectives, and develop a plan aimed at achieving your goals. 1

Cash Flow and Debt Management: We will conduct a review of your income and expenses to determine your current surplus or deficit along with advice on prioritizing how any surplus should be used or how to reduce expenses if they exceed your income. Advice may also be provided on which debts to pay off first based on factors such as the interest rate of the debt and any income tax ramifications. We may also recommend what we believe to be an appropriate cash reserve that should be considered for emergencies and other financial goals, along with a review of accounts (such as money market funds) for such reserves, plus strategies to save desired amounts. College Savings: Includes projecting the amount that will be needed to achieve college or other postsecondary education funding goals, along with advice on ways for you to save the desired amount. Recommendations as to savings strategies are included, and, if appropriate the best way to contribute to grandchildren. Employee Benefits Optimization: We will provide review and analysis as to whether you, as an employee, are taking the maximum advantage possible of your employee benefits. If you are a business owner, we will consider and/or recommend the various benefit programs that can be structured to meet both business and personal retirement goals. Estate Planning: This usually includes an analysis of your exposure to estate taxes and your current estate plan, which may include whether you have a will, powers of attorney, trusts and other related documents. Our advice also typically includes ways for you to minimize or avoid future estate taxes by implementing appropriate estate planning strategies such as the use of applicable trusts. We always recommend that you consult with a qualified attorney when you initiate, update, or complete estate planning activities. We may provide you with contact information for attorneys who specialize in estate planning when you wish to hire an attorney for such purposes. From time-to-time, we will participate in meetings or phone calls between you and your attorney with your approval or request. Financial Goals: We will help clients identify financial goals and develop a plan to reach them. We will identify what you plan to accomplish, what resources you will need to make it happen, how much time you will need to reach the goal, and how much you should budget for your goal. Insurance: Review of existing policies to ensure proper coverage for life, health, disability, long- term care, liability, home and automobile. Investment Analysis: This may involve developing an asset allocation strategy to meet clients financial goals and risk tolerance, providing information on investment vehicles and strategies, as well as assisting you in establishing your own investment account at a selected broker/dealer or custodian. The strategies and types of investments we may recommend are further discussed in Item 8 of this brochure. Retirement Planning: Our retirement planning services typically include projections of your likelihood of achieving your financial goals, typically focusing on financial independence as the primary objective. For situations where projections show less than the desired results, we may make recommendations, including those that may impact the original projections by adjusting certain variables (i.e., working longer, saving more, spending less, taking more risk with investments). If you are near retirement or already retired, advice may be given on appropriate distribution strategies to minimize the likelihood of running out of money or having to adversely alter spending during your retirement years. 2

Risk Management: A risk management review includes an analysis of your exposure to major risks that could have a significant adverse impact on your financial picture, such as premature death, disability, property and casualty losses, or the need for long term care planning. Advice may be provided on ways to minimize such risks and about weighing the costs of purchasing insurance versus the benefits of doing so and, likewise, the potential cost of not purchasing insurance ( self insuring ). Tax Planning Strategies: Advice may include ways to minimize current and future income taxes as a part of your overall financial planning picture. For example, we may make recommendations on which type of account(s) or specific investments should be owned based in part on their tax efficiency, with consideration that there is always a possibility of future changes to federal, state or local tax laws and rates that may impact your situation. We recommend that you consult with a qualified tax professional before initiating any tax planning strategy, and we may provide you with contact information for accountants or attorneys who specialize in this area if you wish to hire someone for such purposes. We will participate in meetings or phone calls between you and your tax professional with your approval. Clients subscribing to this service will receive a written or an electronic report, providing the client with a detailed financial plan designed to achieve his or her stated financial goals and objectives. The plan and the client s financial situation and goals will be monitored throughout the year and follow-up phone calls and emails will be made to the client to confirm that any agreed upon action steps have been carried out. On an annual basis there will be a full review of this plan to ensure its accuracy and ongoing appropriateness. Any needed updates will be implemented at that time. Portfolio Management Because Chiropractic Wealth believes its investment management services are most effective when it understands a client s entire financial situation, Chiropractic Wealth typically only offers portfolio management services to clients who have previously had a financial plan prepared by Chiropractic Wealth. Chiropractic Wealth also generally requires clients to engage Chiropractic Wealth for ongoing financial planning in conjunction with its investment management services. However, in its sole discretion, Chiropractic Wealth reserves the right to waive ongoing comprehensive financial planning fees for clients who have also engaged Chiropractic Wealth for portfolio management services. Chiropractic Wealth provides continuous advice regarding investment of the client assets based on the client s individual needs. Based on the client s personalized financial plan, Chiropractic Wealth recommends an investment portfolio structured to meet the client s objectives and maintain the client s acceptable risk levels. To implement the client s portfolio, Chiropractic Wealth will manage the client s investments on a discretionary basis. As a discretionary investment adviser, Chiropractic Wealth will have the authority to supervise and direct the portfolio without prior consultation with the client. Notwithstanding the foregoing, clients may impose certain written restrictions on Chiropractic Wealth in the management of their investment portfolios, such as prohibiting the inclusion of certain types of investments in an investment portfolio or prohibiting the sale of certain investments held in the account at the commencement of the relationship. Each client should note, however, that restrictions imposed by a client may adversely affect the composition and performance of the client s investment portfolio. Each client should also note that his or her investment portfolio is treated individually by giving consideration to each purchase or sale for the client s account. For these and other reasons, performance of client investment 3

portfolios within the same investment objectives, goals and/or risk tolerance may differ and clients should not expect that the composition or performance of their investment portfolios would necessarily be consistent with similar clients of Chiropractic Wealth. Accounting and Tax Services Accounting and tax services are offered to Clients. These services include bookkeeping, tax planning and tax preparation. A Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) independent from Chiropractic Wealth will provide the tax planning services and prepare the client s return(s). Clients will sign an engagement letter directly with the accountant. Clients are free to accept or reject the use of the outside CPA. Retirement Plan Advisory Services Chiropractic Wealth also provides fiduciary retirement plan consulting services, pursuant to which it assists sponsors of self-directed retirement plans with the selection and/or monitoring of investment alternatives (generally open-end mutual funds) from which plan participants may choose in self-directing the investments for their individual plan retirement accounts. In addition, to the extent requested by the plan sponsor, Chiropractic Wealth will also provide non-fiduciary participant education and enrollment assistance designed to assist participants in identifying how to find an appropriate investment strategy for their retirement plan accounts and increase participation in the plan. The Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ( ERISA ) sets forth rules under which Plan Fiduciaries may retain investment advisers for various types of services with respect to Plan assets. For certain services, Chiropractic Wealth will be considered a fiduciary under ERISA. For example, Chiropractic Wealth will act as an ERISA 3(21) fiduciary when providing non-discretionary investment advice to the Plan Fiduciaries by recommending a suite of investments as choices among which Plan Participants may select. Also, to the extent that the Plan Fiduciaries retain Chiropractic Wealth to act as an investment manager within the meaning of ERISA 3(38), Chiropractic Wealth will provide discretionary investment management services to the Plan. Fiduciary Disclosure With respect to any account for which Chiropractic Wealth meets the definition of a fiduciary under Department of Labor rules, Chiropractic Wealth acknowledges that both Chiropractic Wealth and its Related Persons are acting as fiduciaries. Additional disclosure may be found elsewhere in this Brochure or in the written agreement between Chiropractic Wealth and the client. Item 5 Fees and Compensation General Fee Information Fees paid to Chiropractic Wealth Management are exclusive of all custodial and transaction costs paid to the client s custodian and brokers. Please see Item 12 Brokerage Practices for additional information. Fees paid to Chiropractic Wealth Management are also separate and distinct from the fees and expenses charged by mutual funds, ETFs (exchange traded funds) or other investment pools to their shareholders (generally including a management fee and fund expenses, as described in each fund s prospectus or offering materials). The client should review all fees charged by funds, brokers, Chiropractic Wealth Management and others to fully understand the total amount of fees paid by the client for investment and financial-related services. Financial Planning Financial Planning consists of an upfront charge of $5,000 to $15,000 and an ongoing fee that is paid monthly or quarterly in advance at the rate of $5,000 to $15,000 per year. The rate is agreed upon at the time of engagement and is determined by the complexity of the client s financial circumstances, taking into account 4

such factors as whether tax and accounting services are being provided as part of the engagement. In certain instances and in its sole discretion, Chiropractic Wealth may make exceptions to the above fee arrangement. Client may terminate the financial planning engagement within five days of the date of execution of the financial planning agreement without penalty. Thereafter, the client will incur a pro rata charge for bona fide planning services actually rendered prior to termination. Portfolio Management Fees Portfolio Management fees will be calculated quarterly in advance, based on the market value of the account at the end of the previous quarter. Fees are individually negotiated with each client and will not exceed 1.25% annually. Unless the client requests direct billing, advisory fees will be automatically deducted from the investment account. Fees will be prorated for capital contributions and withdrawals of $15,000 or more made during the applicable calendar quarter. Accounts initiated during a calendar quarter will be charged a prorated fee. The minimum quarterly fee for any account is $2,500. Chiropractic Wealth may, at its discretion, make exceptions to the foregoing or negotiate special fee arrangements where Chiropractic Wealth deems it appropriate under the circumstances. Clients may terminate without penalty within five days of execution of the advisory contract. Otherwise, clients may terminate their account at any time, in which case fees will be prorated up to and including the termination date that is evidenced by receipt of written instructions from the client. If the daily proration results in an amount to be rebated to the client, the client will be promptly refunded. Accounting and Tax Services Fees Fees for accounting and tax services typically range between $350-$750 per month depending on the scope and complexity of the tax services needed. The CPA s fee is factored into the overall fixed fee clients pay Chiropractic Wealth. In certain instances, and in its sole discretion, Chiropractic Wealth may make exceptions to the fee arrangement. A Client may terminate the engagement within five days of the date of execution of the agreement without penalty or fee. Thereafter, the client will incur a pro rata charge for accounting and tax services rendered prior to termination. Retirement Plan Advisory Fees Retirement plan advisory fees are individually negotiated with the Plan Sponsor and may take the form of an asset-based, fixed and/or hourly fee arrangement. Factors considered when determining the fee may include, without limitation, the size of the Plan and number of Plan Participants, the scope and complexity of services to be provided, in addition to whether the selected services will be ongoing or periodic in nature. The Plan s specific fee arrangement will be detailed in the Plan s contract with Chiropractic Wealth. 5

Item 6 Performance-Based Fees and Side-By-Side Management Chiropractic Wealth does not charge any performance-based fees (fees based on a share of capital gains on or capital appreciation of the assets of a client). Side-by-Side Management refers to a situation in which the same firm manages accounts that are billed based on a percentage of assets under management and at the same time manages other accounts for which fees are assessed on a performance fee basis. Because Chiropractic Wealth has no performance-based fee accounts, it has no side-by-side management. Item 7 Types of Clients Chiropractic Wealth provides portfolio management, accounting and tax services and financial planning services to individuals, high net worth individuals, pension and profit sharing plans, and businesses in the chiropractic industry. Chiropractic Wealth does not generally impose a minimum portfolio value for conventional investment advisory services, but does impose a minimum annual fee of $10,000, which may be charged quarterly, monthly or in some combination of the two. Item 8 Methods of Analysis, Investment Strategies and Risk of Loss Methods of Analysis and Investment Strategies Chiropractic Wealth uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative research techniques to evaluate investments and manage portfolios. Typical sources of information include financial newspapers and magazines, research materials prepared by others, mutual fund rating services, financial news, financial data providers, analyst research reports, annual reports and prospectuses. Chiropractic Wealth continually adapts its investment strategies to market conditions and individual client needs. The investment strategies used to implement any investment advice given to clients include long term purchases (securities held at least a year) and short term purchases (securities sold within a year). Risk of Loss While Chiropractic Wealth seeks to diversify clients investment portfolios across various asset classes consistent with their Investment Plans in an effort to reduce risk of loss, all investment portfolios are subject to risks. Accordingly, there can be no assurance that client investment portfolios will be able to fully meet their investment objectives and goals, or that investments will not lose money. Below is a description of several of the principal risks that client investment portfolios face. Management Risks. While Chiropractic Wealth manages client investment portfolios based on Chiropractic Wealth s experience, research and proprietary methods, the value of client investment portfolios will change daily based on the performance of the underlying securities in which they are invested. Accordingly, client investment portfolios are subject to the risk that Chiropractic Wealth allocates client assets to individual securities and/or asset classes that are adversely affected by unanticipated market movements, and the risk that Chiropractic Wealth s specific investment choices could underperform their relevant indexes. Risks of Investments in Mutual Funds, ETFs and Other Investment Pools. As described above, Chiropractic Wealth may invest client portfolios in mutual funds, ETFs and other investment pools ( pooled investment funds ). Investments in pooled investment funds are generally less risky than investing in individual securities because of their diversified portfolios; however, these investments are still subject to risks associated with the markets in which they invest. In addition, pooled investment funds success will be related to the skills of their particular managers and their performance in managing their funds. Pooled investment funds are also subject to risks due to regulatory restrictions applicable to registered investment companies under the Investment Company Act of 1940. 6

Equity Market Risks. Chiropractic Wealth may invest portions of client assets directly into equity investments, such as individual stocks, or into pooled investment funds that invest in the stock market. As noted above, while pooled investments have diversified portfolios that may make them less risky than investments in individual securities, funds that invest in stocks and other equity securities are nevertheless subject to the risks of the stock market. These risks include, without limitation, the risks that stock values will decline due to daily fluctuations in the markets, and that stock values will decline over longer periods (e.g., bear markets) due to general market declines in the stock prices for all companies, regardless of any individual security s prospects. Fixed Income Risks. Chiropractic Wealth may invest portions of client assets directly into fixed income instruments, such as bonds and notes, or may invest in pooled investment funds that invest in bonds and notes. While investing in fixed income instruments, either directly or through pooled investment funds, is generally less volatile than investing in stock (equity) markets, fixed income investments nevertheless are subject to risks. These risks include, without limitation, interest rate risks (risks that changes in interest rates will devalue the investments), credit risks (risks of default by borrowers), or maturity risk (risks that bonds or notes will change value from the time of issuance to maturity). Foreign Securities Risks. Chiropractic Wealth may invest portions of client assets into pooled investment funds that invest internationally. While foreign investments are important to the diversification of client investment portfolios, they carry risks that may be different from U.S. investments. For example, foreign investments may not be subject to uniform audit, financial reporting or disclosure standards, practices or requirements comparable to those found in the U.S. Foreign investments are also subject to foreign withholding taxes and the risk of adverse changes in investment or exchange control regulations. Finally, foreign investments may involve currency risk, which is the risk that the value of the foreign security will decrease due to changes in the relative value of the U.S. dollar and the security s underlying foreign currency. Item 9 Disciplinary Information Registered Investment Advisers are required to disclose all material facts regarding any legal or disciplinary events that would be material to your evaluation of Chiropractic Wealth or the integrity of Chiropractic Wealth s management. Chiropractic Wealth has no information applicable to this Item. Item 10 Other Financial Industry Activities and Affiliations Mr. Calamita has his life, health, and long-term care insurance licenses for educational purposes only, to best advise clients on their insurance needs. He does not sell insurance nor receive any commissions for selling insurance products. CWM may utilize the services of a registered investment adviser for performing financial planning analysis and recommendations to CWM for CWM s client. This registered investment adviser is independent of and not owned, affiliated with, or sponsored by, CWM. This independent registered investment adviser does not have any direct contact with a client. CWM maintains all client contact and has ultimate responsibility for the recommendations made to the client. For clients electing to receive accounting and tax preparation services from CWM, CWM will engage a CPA, who is independent of and not owned, affiliated with, or sponsored by, CWM for performing bookkeeping, tax planning and tax preparation services. Item 11 Code of Ethics Chiropractic Wealth has adopted a Code of Ethics describing its high standard of business conduct, and 7

fiduciary duty to its clients. The Code of Ethics includes provisions relating to the confidentiality of client information, a prohibition on insider trading, a prohibition of rumor mongering, restrictions on the acceptance of significant gifts and the reporting of certain gifts and business entertainment items, and personal securities trading procedures, among other things. Chiropractic Wealth anticipates that, in appropriate circumstances, consistent with clients investment objectives, it will cause accounts over which Chiropractic Wealth has management authority to effect, and will recommend to investment advisory clients or prospective clients, the purchase or sale of securities in which Chiropractic Wealth or an associated person has a position of interest. All persons associated with Chiropractic Wealth are required to follow Chiropractic Wealth s Code of Ethics. Subject to satisfying this policy and applicable laws, Chiropractic Wealth may trade for his own account in securities which are recommended to and/or purchased for Chiropractic Wealth s clients. The Code of Ethics is designed to assure that the personal securities transactions, activities and interests of Chiropractic Wealth will not interfere with (i) making decisions in the best interest of advisory clients and (ii) implementing such decisions while, at the same time, investing for his own accounts. Chiropractic Wealth s clients or prospective clients may request a copy of the firm's Code of Ethics. Item 12 Brokerage Practices Best Execution and Benefits of Brokerage Selection When given discretion to select the brokerage firm that will execute orders in client accounts, Chiropractic Wealth seeks best execution for client trades, which is a combination of a number of factors, including, without limitation, quality of execution, services provided and commission rates. Therefore, Chiropractic Wealth may use or recommend the use of brokers who do not charge the lowest available commission in the recognition of research and securities transaction services, or quality of execution. Research services received with transactions may include proprietary or third-party research (or any combination), and may be used in servicing any or all of Chiropractic Wealth s clients. Therefore, research services received may not be used for the account for which the particular transaction was affected. Chiropractic Wealth recommends that clients establish brokerage accounts with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. ( Schwab ), a FINRA registered broker-dealer, member SIPC, as the qualified custodian to maintain custody of clients assets. Chiropractic Wealth may also effect trades for client accounts at Schwab, or may in some instances, consistent with Chiropractic Wealth s duty of best execution and specific agreement with each client, elect to execute trades elsewhere. Although Chiropractic Wealth may recommend that clients establish accounts at Schwab, it is ultimately the client s decision to custody assets with Schwab. Chiropractic Wealth is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with Schwab. Schwab Advisor Services provides Chiropractic Wealth with access to its institutional trading, custody, reporting and related services, which are typically not available to Schwab retail investors. Schwab also makes available various support services. Some of those services help Chiropractic Wealth manage or administer our clients accounts while others help Chiropractic Wealth manage and grow our business. These services generally are available to independent investment advisors on an unsolicited basis, at no charge to them. These services are not soft dollar arrangements, but are part of the institutional platform offered by Schwab. Schwab s brokerage services include the execution of securities transactions, custody, research, and access to mutual funds and other investments that are otherwise generally available only to institutional investors or would require a significantly higher minimum initial investment. For Chiropractic Wealth client accounts maintained in its custody, Schwab generally does not charge separately for custody services but is compensated by account holders through commissions and other transaction-related or asset-based fees for securities trades that are executed through Schwab or that settle into Schwab accounts. 8

Schwab Advisor Services also makes available to Chiropractic Wealth other products and services that benefit Chiropractic Wealth but may not directly benefit its clients accounts. Many of these products and services may be used to service all or some substantial number of Chiropractic Wealth accounts, including accounts not maintained at Schwab. Schwab s products and services that assist Chiropractic Wealth in managing and administering clients accounts include software and other technology that (i) provide access to client account data (such as trade confirmations and account statements); (ii) facilitate trade execution and allocate aggregated trade orders for multiple client accounts; (iii) provide pricing and other market data; (iv) facilitate payment of Chiropractic Wealth s fees from its clients accounts; and (v) assist with back-office functions, recordkeeping and client reporting. Schwab Advisor Services also offers other services intended to help Chiropractic Wealth manage and further develop its business enterprise. These services may include: (i) technology, compliance, legal and business consulting; (ii) publications and conferences on practice management and business succession; and (iii) access to employee benefits providers, human capital consultants and insurance providers. Schwab may make available, arrange and/or pay third-party vendors for the types of services rendered to Chiropractic Wealth. Schwab Advisor Services may discount or waive fees it would otherwise charge for some of these services or pay all or a part of the fees of a third-party providing these services to Chiropractic Wealth. Schwab Advisor Services may also provide other benefits such as educational events or occasional business entertainment of Chiropractic Wealth personnel. In evaluating whether to recommend that clients custody their assets at Schwab, Chiropractic Wealth may take into account the availability of some of the foregoing products and services and other arrangements as part of the total mix of factors it considers and not solely on the nature, cost or quality of custody and brokerage services provided by Schwab, which may create a potential conflict of interest. Directed Brokerage Chiropractic Wealth does not generally allow directed brokerage accounts. Aggregated Trade Policy Chiropractic Wealth typically directs trading in individual client accounts as and when trades are appropriate based on the client s Investment Plan, without regard to activity in other client accounts. However, from time to time, Chiropractic Wealth may aggregate trades together for multiple client accounts, most often when these accounts are being directed to sell the same securities. If such an aggregated trade is not completely filled, Chiropractic Wealth will allocate shares received (in an aggregated purchase) or sold (in an aggregated sale) across participating accounts on a pro rata or other fair basis; provided, however, that any participating accounts that are owned by Chiropractic Wealth or its officers, directors, or employees will be excluded first. Item 13 Review of Accounts Chiropractic Wealth monitors most positions in a client s investment advisory accounts on a weekly basis and utilizes software to track the specific asset allocation of client s accounts. This allocation is also monitored against the client s current risk tolerance as well as current and future goals. All accounts are reviewed with each client on at least an annual basis to ensure that the client is informed of the allocation and standing of their account and that the allocation is still appropriate for their specific goals. More frequent account reviews are triggered by such factors as: a) awareness of a material change in a client s circumstances or investment objectives, b) significant changes in market conditions, c) changes in the investment advisor s assessment of a security held in an account and d) divergence of an account s investment performance from management s expectations. 9

In addition to the account statements sent to clients by the custodian of their accounts, all clients receive a quarterly account summary from Chiropractic Wealth. Item 14 Client Referrals and Other Compensation Chiropractic Wealth does not accept monetary payment for client referrals. Chiropractic Wealth does have relationships with other service professionals such as attorneys and CPA s that may refer their clients to Chiropractic Wealth. Chiropractic Wealth may also refer clients to these service professionals from time to time. Chiropractic Wealth will typically provide the client with multiple names when referring business to other service professionals. Item 15 Custody Clients should receive at least quarterly statements from the broker dealer, bank or other qualified custodian that holds and maintains client s investment assets. Chiropractic Wealth urges you to carefully review such statements and compare such official custodial records to the account statements that we may provide to you. Our statements may vary from custodial statements based on accounting procedures, reporting dates, or valuation methodologies of certain securities. Item 16 Investment Discretion Chiropractic Wealth typically receives discretionary authority from the client at the outset of an advisory relationship to select the identity and amount of securities to be bought or sold. In all cases, however, such discretion is to be exercised in a manner consistent with the stated investment objectives for the particular client account. When selecting securities and determining amounts and timing of trades, Chiropractic Wealth observes the investment policies, limitations and restrictions established for and by each client. Item 17 Voting Client Securities As a matter of firm policy and practice, Chiropractic Wealth does not have any authority to and does not vote proxies on behalf of advisory clients. Clients retain the responsibility for receiving and voting proxies for any and all securities maintained in client portfolios. Chiropractic Wealth may provide advice to clients regarding the clients voting of proxies.
