Authorize the City Manager to execute the contract on behalf of the City, following approval by the City Attorney 6. Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventative Maintenance (RFP17-03) A. Award the contract for HVAC Preventative Maintenance to Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. of Sacramento, CA in the total amount of $57,272, with the option of three (3) one (1) year extensions by finding it in the best interest of the City B. Authorize the City Manager to approve contract extensions 7. Professional Auditing Services Proposal (RFP17-06) A. Award the three (3) year contract for Professional Auditing Services to Badawi & Associates of Oakland, CA in the total amount of $227,760, broken down into three (3) fiscal year payments as follows: FY16-17 $43,700, FY17-18 $45,010, FY18-19 $46,350; with the option of two (2) one (1) year extensions by finding it is in the best interest of the City B. Authorize the City Manager to approve contract extensions Public Communication You are welcome and encouraged to participate in this meeting. Start Up Loan for the Yuba-Sutter Lodging Association Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Yuba Sutter Lodging Association to loan $21,000 general unallocated funds to be paid back by August 1, 2018 General Items 13. Professional Services Agreement with West Yost Associates for the Water System Master Plan Update and Distribution System Surge Protection Facility Design 14. Illegal Fireworks Noise and Hazard Issues 15. Priorities and Goals for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 A. Award a Professional Services Agreement to West Yost Associates of Davis, CA in the amount of $851,213 plus $42,000 contingency to prepare the Water System Master Plan Update and the design documents for the Water Distribution System Surge Protection Facility, with the finding that it is in the best interest of the City B. Authorize Finance Director to make a budget transfer from Water Operations (Fund 507) Account No. 7120-62761 in the amount of $195,000 to Water CIP Account No. 971228-65502 (Water Model Update) C. Authorize Finance Director to make a budget transfer from unallocated Water CIP Reserve (Fund 517) in the amount of $438,571 to Water CIP Account No. 971228-65502 (Water Model Update) Review and Discuss Options to Regulate Fireworks within the City of Yuba City and Provide Direction to Staff Note & File the Summary of Discussion of the priority and Goals for FY 2017-2018 Workshop
