Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC) Preventative Maintenance (RFP17-03) A. Award the contract for HVAC Preventative Maintenance to Mesa Energy Systems, Inc. of Sacramento, CA in the total amount of $57,272, with the option of three (3) one (1) year extensions by finding it in the best interest of the City B. Authorize the City Manager to approve contract extensions 7. Professional Auditing Services Proposal (RFP17-06) A. Award the three (3) year contract for Professional Auditing Services to Badawi & Associates of Oakland, CA in the total amount of $227,760, broken down into three (3) fiscal year payments as follows: FY16-17 $43,700, FY17-18 $45,010, FY18-19 $46,350; with the option of two (2) one (1) year extensions by finding it is in the best interest of the City B.
