Stable Funding and Proactive Debt Management Core Deposits Mix Changes to MAS Guidelines Current/ Saving / Other deposits 24.5% Fixed deposits 50.2% Banker deposits 25.3% Effective March 2007, Singapore authorities lowered the Tier 1 CAR requirement from 7% to 6%.
