This exhibition in Mumbai will feature services from the following industries with about 50,000 participants: IT & Telecom, banking & financial services, education, energy services, environmental services, exhibition & event services, facility management, healthcare, logistics, SEZ Services, Port based Services, media & entertainment, next gen cities, printing & publishing, professional services, railway services, retail & e- commerce, skills, space, sports services, starts-ups/sme, tourism & hospitality and wellness. As visa requirements often change at short notice, we advise you to contact the High Commission of India in Singapore for up-to-date information. *Visa application fees are not included b) One single occupancy room hotel accommodation (including breakfast) for 4 nights stay in Mumbai from 14 th 18 th May 2018. The hotel shall be a minimum 4 star category Cost of travel and accommodation for any additional person travelling with a participant shall be charged separately c) Choice of participation without booth Page 1 of 7

REGISTRATION FEES (non-refundable) SICCI Member SGD 100.00 Non-Member SGD 300.00 Registration fees is subject to 7% Singapore GST INTERNATIONAL MARKETING ACTIVITIES PROGRAMME (IMAP) SCHEME The International Marketing Activities Programme (imap) provides support for companies to access business opportunities when they participate in Trade Association and Chamber (TA/C) led activities. Funding is disbursed through TA/Cs * to eligible Singapore-incorporated companies when they participate in imap approved business missions or as part of Singapore Pavilions at international trade fairs. Each company is only allowed to have one other of its related company participating in the same event imap is not a direct subsidy for expenses incurred by the participating companies imap is intended to offset the bona fide eligible costs paid by TA/C to 3 rd party suppliers in organizing the mission. It supports up to 50% of eligible expenses incurred by the TA/C for organizing the activities This activity is supported under International Marketing Activities Programme (imap), an initiative by International Enterprise (IE) Singapore. PARTICPATING COMPANIES To qualify for imap support, participating companies (including Limited Liability Partnership) must be incorporated/registered and based in Singapore and must have at least 3 of the following core business functions/ activities operating from Singapore: Market development and planning Logistics and shipping management Research and development and design functions Manufacturing and other value-added activity Business and investment planning Banking, financial and treasury functions Branch offices, representative offices of foreign companies, Government agencies and statutory boards are not eligible for imap support. DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT Each Participant participates in the Global Exhibition on Services voluntarily and at his/her own risk. SICCI shall have no responsibility or liability nor shall any Participant have any claims against SICCI for personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodation, or other irregularity, which the Participant may suffer or which may occur during or in connection with or as a consequence of the Mission, including but not limited to:- (i) (ii) (iii) Wrongful, negligent, or arbitrary acts of omission on the part of any other persons or third parties or others not under direct control of SICCI; Acts of God, fire, acts of government or other authorities, wars, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or dangers incident to the sea, land or air; and All risks which arise from participation of the Participant in all activities in the Mission.
