Adoption of minutes: The minutes of State Level Bankers Committee meetings held on 21.12.10 was circulated to all members. Amendment sought by the KVIC has already been corrected. Since no request for other amendment has been the house may adopt the said minutes. Agenda: 2. Conduct of SLBC and timely submission of SLBC Data: The RBI has instructed vide their Cir. No: RPCD.CO.LBS.BC.No.44/02.19.10/2010-11 dt. 29.12.10 to follow the following time norms as under: Activity Preparation of calendar of SLBC/UTLBC meetings and intimation to all the concerned of the cut-off dates for submission of data and dates of meetings as per the dateline given below. Financial Inclusion It was decided to achieve 100% financial inclusion in the Aizawl district. The achievement made by different banks is yet to be. All Banks are requested to submit their report. Development banking operation in the State Deposits: Aggregate deposit in the state has been Decreased by Rs.48.94 crores over Last Quarter level. Advances: Total advance in the state has been increased by Rs.23.19 crores over Last Quarter level. C D Ratio: C D Ratio has been increased from 50.43% to 52.27% during this quarter. Reconciliation of various sponsored loan proposals It is observed that the figure submitted by the bank branches and the sponsoring agency are not tallying. It is requested to the sponsoring agency to reconcile the figure with the individual bank branches periodically, at least once in a month. Agenda: 14. Banking Codes & Standards Board of India (BCSBI) BCSBI has desired a slot of about 45 minutes in the SLBC meeting to spread awareness of the Code among the bankers and customers and accordingly they have been invited for the same for their presentation.
