Idividuals associated with above etities must be 18 years or above. Opeig your accout You ca apply for this accout via your Accoutat or Fiacial Adviser. You will eed to complete a Busiess Accout Applicatio Form ad Madate which ca either be dowloaded from our website or requested through your Adviser. If you wat to apply for this accout ad do t have a Professioal Adviser, please call us o 0800 092 3300. There is a miimum opeig deposit of 5,000 (or equivalet for euro/dollar accouts). We will ot ope the accout without the correct value of deposit beig received ad will write to you to request the correct value of deposit if it is ot supplied with your applicatio. You may also request a reductio i statemet frequecy, except where ay Visa Debit Cards are issued o the accout, i which case statemets must be set out at a miimum frequecy of mothly. If o Visa Debit Cards have bee issued o the accout, we will sed out a statemet to you after close of busiess o the last day of each quarter for this accout, o the last day of March, Jue, September ad December. However, we will make a mothly statemet available to you at o extra charge if you call us o 0800 092 3300. Alteratively, you ca dowload trasactios listigs olie at ay time usig our Iteret Bakig Service. If required, you ca chage your statemet date ad/or your iterest paymet date by cotactig us. The umber of free trasactios remaiig o your accout ad the umber of times that your accout has falle below the miimum balace are determied durig a set paymet period. If you chage your statemet date it is importat to ote that the dates which gover this paymet period will also chage. For example, if you chage your statemet date from the last day of the quarter to a date earlier i the last moth of the quarter, such as from 31st March to 10th March, the your iterest will be paid to you (ad your statemets issued) after close of busiess o 10th March, Jue, September ad December. If, for istace a depositor holds a savigs accout with 80,000 ad a curret accout with 20,000, he or she will oly be repaid 85,000. This method will also be applied if a bak, buildig society or credit uio operates uder differet tradig ames. Cater Alle Limited also trades uder the ame Cater Alle Private Bak. This meas that all eligible deposits with oe or more of these tradig ames are i total covered up to 85,000. I some cases eligible deposits which are categorised as temporary high balaces are protected above 85,000 for six moths after the amout has bee credited or from the momet whe such eligible deposits become legally trasferable. These are eligible deposits coected with certai evets icludig: (a) (b) (c) certai trasactios relatig to the depositor s curret or prospective oly or mai residece or dwellig; a death, or the depositor s marriage or civil partership, divorce, retiremet, dismissal, redudacy or ivalidity; the paymet to the depositor of isurace beefits or compesatio for crimial ijuries or wrogful covictio.
