WHAT S NEW FOR CREDIT UNIONS Enhance the value of membership: The new Sprint Credit Union Member Cash Rewards offer is an exclusive offer only available to credit union members and is valid in conjunction with most Sprint promotions Cash back rewards go directly into a credit union account: Cash reward funds are directly deposited into the member s credit union account within six weeks of registration and validation Track sales and activations: Track member sales and activations through the Partner Center Earn non-interest income: Marketing reimbursements are paid to participating credit unions based on marketing efforts, and include a new, pay-for-performance model Free marketing materials: Inserts, emails, web banners, posters and more Sprint handles all member service needs Love My Credit Union Rewards handles verifications and deposits 3

Become a Sprint customer 2. Register at LoveMyCreditUnion.org/SprintRewards or in the Love My Credit Union Rewards app 3. Allow up to six to eight weeks to see cash rewards directly deposited into your credit union account! 4
SPRINT MARKETING COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS This year, it s easier than ever to fulfill your marketing communication requirements, with even more options to choose from. Credit unions will need to fulfill all ongoing and quarterly marketing communication requirements each calendar year to be eligible to receive the Sprint marketing reimbursement for that calendar year: January 1, 2017 December 31, 2017. Approved logos and program discount information MUST be included. Great ways to market in three easy steps: 1. Ongoing Website Promotion Sprint-approved banner ad and link placed on credit union website, preferably the home page, within 30 days of enrollment. Must be continuously displayed for as long as the credit union is enrolled in the program. 2. Ongoing Lobby Promotion Place approved lobby materials (paper or digital) in all credit union lobbies within 30 days of enrollment. Must be continuously displayed for as long as the credit union is enrolled in the program. 3. Quarterly Communication Tactics Complete at least one quarterly marketing communication tactic, in at least three of the four quarters. 5

Online Banking Banner: Program banner and URL link on home banking/online banking pages for at least one quarter Direct Mail Promotion Radio Spot: Must run for a minimum of 30 days Member Day Event: Invite Sprint (coordinated through LMCUR) to participate in the credit union s member day event at the credit union providing Sprint space to set up information. (Must have a member base of at least 5,000 members.) Can be used to fulfill one quarterly requirement. Outdoor Digital Display: Messaging displayed for a minimum of 30 days 7
CREDIT UNION MARKETING MATERIALS All new marketing materials will be available in the Partner Center. Plus, an email template for credit unions to send to members when their award hits their account; allowing your credit union to directly promote the value of membership and other valuable products and services to your members. All marketing materials are provided FREE of charge! 8
CREDIT UNION MARKETING REIMBURSEMENTS Each credit union will be paid out accordingly: BASE = 40% of Revenue Share: Marketing Efforts Base reimbursement = percentage of your credit union s number of members to the total number of members Note: First year participating credit unions will be paid a percentage of their Marketing Revenue Share portion, based on the initial month that the credit union completes the first Quarterly Member Communication Base Calculation: Your credit union membership size (based on NCUA report) divided by the total number of members at participating credit unions marketing the program GROWTH = 60% of Revenue Share: Pay-for-Performance Growth Reimbursement = $ value paid out on each new line added to the program Growth Calculation: Total Credit Union Revenue Share $ amount Total # of lines activated by participating credit unions = ($ per line) X Total # of member lines activated 9
