At this time, the Board stated that it expected this review to take approximately two years to complete. The review is ongoing and, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, is on track. No decision has, or can be taken with respect to the future of the Ram Brewery site until this review is completed. A DESCRIPTION OF ANY SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN FINANCIAL OR TRADING POSITION OF THE APPLICANT, WHICH HAS OCCURRED SINCE THE END OF THE LAST FINANCIAL PERIOD FOR WHICH AUDITED STATEMENTS HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED: There has been no significant change in the financial or trading position of Young s since 2 April 2005, the date to which the last audited statements have been published.
