FACULTY PROFILES Jeffrey Brinen, Esq., Kutner Brinen Garber, P.C., Jeffrey Brinen has been actively involved in the practice of bankruptcy law since 1988, including debtor/creditor relationships, workouts, bankruptcy litigation, and other insolvency issues. Mr. Brinen represents corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and individuals with respect to Chapter 11 reorganizations, out of court workouts, and Chapter 7 liquidations. He represents both debtors and creditors, and has successfully guided many businesses and individuals through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process to plan confirmation. Additionally, he has testified as an expert witness on bankruptcy issues, has served as co-chair of the CBA Bankruptcy Subsection, and has frequently lectured on bankruptcy issues to attorneys and non-legal professionals. Chad Caby, Esq., Lewis Roca Rothgerber LLP, Chad Caby represents corporate creditors, debtors, and trustees in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, as well as workouts and restructuring entities outside of court.
