EXHIBIT INFORMATION PURPOSE Exhibits provide a professional and educational environment in which the physician can receive demonstrations, view products and services and discuss the clinical and surgical uses, including how they may improve the quality of care to a patient and the management of the medical/surgical practice. EXHIBIT AND DESIGN Size: 6 x 30 table with drape and two chairs REGISTRATION & SET-UP/TEAR-DOWN HOURS Move-in: Exhibits must be set-up by 7:00am on Saturday, January 23, 2016 Close and Clear: Saturday, January 23, 2016 by 3:00pm We ask that exhibits open on time and be staffed throughout the posted exhibit display hours. Exhibitor fee includes name badges for 2 representatives. Please limit the number of representatives per booth so as not to inconvenience your neighbors. EXHIBITOR IDENTIFICATION Exhibitor identification in all Cleveland Clinic Florida publications and on all signs and booth graphics, related to this specific symposium, must be the company name submitted via the online registration process. PAYMENT TERMS Payment is accepted by check or credit card and must be paid in full prior to event date. SECURITY The exhibit area is a foyer and therefore is not secured. Any items of value should be secured (computers, cell phones, etc.) when not present. Neither the hotel security staff nor Cleveland Clinic Florida will be responsible for loss or damage to any property. Exhibitors are responsible for safe-guarding their goods, materials, equipment and exhibits at all times. HOTEL S HOLD HARMLESS "The exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of exhibitor s activities on the Hotel premises and will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Hotel, its owner, and its management company, as well as their respective agents, servants, and employees from any and all such losses, damages, and claims."
