Important legal notice Remember, under the Australian Consumer Law 2010 consumers are entitled to rights and remedies where goods or services fail to satisfy the consumer guarantees. It is an offence to give a consumer the false impression that they will have no rights or remedies without an extended warranty. All Toyota Insurance Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) contain the following prescribed wording: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to the other rights and remedies you as a consumer have under the law in relation to the goods and services to which this warranty relates. 2 Warranty Products
