For over 52 years, Apollo has been a leading firm offering commercial insurance programs and services specifically designed for Demolition, Construction & Debris Recycling, Concrete Sawing & Drilling, Crane & Rigging, House Lifting, and Custom Crush Wineries. A Little About Our Founder Bob Elster started in insurance after his father told him to get a job and boy did he ever. Bob opened his first independent Insurance Agency in 1965. By 1970, he offered programs for Demolition, Crane & Rigging, Concrete Sawing & Drilling, and Recycling. Programs for House Lifting, Courier and Custom Crush Wineries followed. Today, Bob is a successful business owner and owns his own winery in Sonoma, CA. A Team of Industry Experienced Professionals Ready to Serve You Maribel Hernandez joined Apollo in 1999 and is a Senior Underwriter handling all Programs. Jerilee Lewis is a Senior Underwriter specializing in and managing our, Demolition Program. She s been serving Apollo clients since 2006. Nikki Carpenter became a Lead Underwriter for our Courier Program in 2002. Today, she runs our brokerage department handling all non-program lines of business. Sandi Hoffman joined Apollo in 2008 with over 15 years of claims-handling experience from Kemper. Today, Sandi's supports our clients as the Director of Underwriting Support. 3
