Plus, our VSC claims department has set the bar in customer satisfaction consistently receiving a 95 percent CSI rating. Extensive program More vehicles qualify for coverage with high eligibility limits of current plus 12 model years and up to 150,000 miles. Multiple coverage and term options help to ensure a perfect fit for every customer. Plus pre-owned cars may qualify for new vehicle coverage. Five coverage plans to choose from on both new and pre-owned vehicles: Rental Plus, Powertrain, Standard, Preferred and Comprehensive. Each contract has value-added benefits that provide additional protection and peace of mind for your customers: immediate car rental for covered repairs (no overnight stay required), emergency roadside service available 24/7 and trip interruption coverage

For customers using the toll-free number provided on their ID card, they can sign and drive for up to $100 in expenses per disablement. Service intervals and terms With five service intervals and five terms to choose from, there is a plan for every customer. Your customers select the interval and term that best fits their needs. (Cards are sent to customers homes.) Coverage During the term of the contract, the selling dealer will perform the maintenance services described below. The number of times each service is performed is based on the term and service interval selection. Service A Change oil and replace engine oil filter Chassis lubrication (if applicable) Check and add, if required, all fluids (including brake fluid, differential fluid, power steering fluid and windshield washer fluid) Inflate tires (if needed) Inspect: air filter, battery, brake lights, CV joint boots, emergency brake, headlights, horn, hoses, taillights, turn signals and wiper blades. Service B Tire rotation Reimbursement rates At Zurich, we understand the cost to perform maintenance services varies with each vehicle. As such, our program provides five reimbursement levels. F&I managers can select the reimbursement level appropriate for each vehicle. Level 1 reimburses: $25 for Service A Level 2 reimburses: $35 for Service A Level 3 reimburses: $50 for Service A Level 4 reimburses: $75 for Service A Level 5 reimburses: $100 for Service A
Road hazard tire & wheel The road hazard tire & wheel product is a great addition to your F&I product line. Easy to sell Available on new and used vehicles High perceived value by the consumer Increased F&I income Low cost with a high profit margin Coverage This product provides coverage in the event of damage to tires and wheels as a result of road hazards such as metal, nails, glass, debris, potholes and more. Tires In the event a covered tire is damaged as a result of a road hazard, we will pay to repair or, if non-repairable, replace the damaged tire. Wheels If the wheel is also damaged due to a road hazard and can not seal air after the tire was repaired or replaced, the cost to repair or replace the wheel is also covered. Mounting, balancing, valve stems and taxes We will also pay for parts and labor costs for mounting, balancing, valve stems and applicable taxes for a covered repair. Emergency roadside service Your customers will get the benefits of towing, jump-starts, flat tire assistance, gas and fluids delivery, lockout or frozen lock assistance. Choose from three plans F&I managers should help customers choose the plan that s most appropriate for their vehicle s tires. Luxury Plan No set allowance per tire and wheel replaced $5,000 lifetime aggregate limit for repairs and replacements $100 per disablement for customers who call our emergency roadside assistance number (or $50 per disablement for reimbursement) Premium Plan No set allowance per tire and wheel replaced $2,500 lifetime aggregate limit for repairs and replacements $100 per disablement for customers who call our emergency roadside assistance number (or $50 per disablement for reimbursement) Standard Plan No set allowance per tire and wheel replaced $1,500 lifetime aggregate limit for repairs and replacements $100 per disablement for customers who call our emergency roadside assistance number (or $50 per disablement for reimbursement)
Additional program features: One- to five-year terms available No deductible No mileage limitations All vehicle tires are covered for as long as they have at least 3/32 of tread at the time of damage.
