Stan is a partner at Kozusko Harris Duncan in New York where he practices tax law with a particular emphasis on estate planning for international families. Lyat, admitted in New York and Israel, is a partner at Aronson Ronkin-Noor Eyal Law Firm in Israel. Lyat manages the firm's private client practice with a focus on international families in connection with multi-jurisdictional estate planning issues including trusts, wills, and preimmigration planning matters as well as probate, inheritance and estate administration matters. David Faust, Esq. Mr. Faust graduated from Harvard Law School and Brooklyn College with honors. Mr. Faust represents United States and non-united States clients involved in domestic and international business and personal matters in the United States and elsewhere throughout the world. This includes both corporate and financial matters, tax and estate planning and trusts for clients with assets and/or family in more than one country. He has also probated, challenged and defended such wills and trusts in various United States and non-united States proceedings. Mr. Faust has been a lecturer/panelist on numerous programs dealing with international legal matters. He has authored numerous notes and articles, including a chapter in Trusts in Prime Jurisdictions, 2nd Ed., published by Globe Law and Business, and two chapters in the 3rd and 4th Editions of that book, the last addition being published in the summer of 2016. Topics included asset protection trusts, the nature of the fiduciary responsibilities of trustees and jurisdictional issues. Dr. Alon Kaplan, Adv. Dr. Alon Kaplan, LLM (Jerusalem), PhD (Zurich), TEP is the founder and managing partner of Alon Kaplan Advocate and Notary and is President of STEP Israel. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1970, was appointed a notary in 1989, and practises law in He is author of Trusts in Israel: Development and Current Practice (Helbing Lichtenhahn Verlag, 2015) and Trusts and Estate Practice in Israel (Juris Publishing, 2016), and the general editor of Trust in Prime Jurisdictions (Globe Law and Business, 2016). Ziva Robertson, Adv. Ziva Robertson heads the London Private Client team at McDermott Will & Emery. She specialises in contentious trusts and estates, with extensive experience in offshore jurisdictions such as Jersey, The Bahamas, the Cayman Islands and Bermuda. She also advises on the creation of structures and on compliance and regulatory issues affecting trusts and similar fiduciary structures. Paolo Panico Paolo Panico is a solicitor in Scotland and an avocat in Romania and on this basis he is a member of the Luxembourg bar. He is also chairman of Private Trustees SA, an independent trust and corporate service provider in Luxembourg and a director of Teton Trust Company LLC, a US regulated trust company. 4
He teaches courses at the Universities of Luxembourg and Liechtenstein and has published Private Foundations.
