Account Service Fees where applicable is same as account fees (equivalent in Euro). 5. Inactive Accounts are accounts which has experienced no customer or depositor originated activity over a period of 24 (twenty four) months. 6. Counter Withdrawal and Deposit fees are charged for each transaction of value less than or equal to 10,000.00 or 640.00 (applicable for branches in the islands where Self-Service Banking service is provided). 2. Deposit Interest Rates 2.1 Savings Accounts Interest paid on Savings accounts 1.50% 1.00% -1.25% Interest paid on Kid's Saver Account 2.00% 1.50% Notes Interest is calculated daily on cleared funds less 5,000.00 for Rufiyaa Accounts and less 1000.00 for US Dollar Accounts at the rate of 1.50% and 1.00% respectively. If balance falls to 5,000.00 or 1000.00 and below, NO INTEREST IS CALCULATED for that day. For amounts exceeding 50,000 in US Dollar Accounts, interest is calculated daily at the rate of 1.25%. If number of debit transactions within a month exceeds 5 transactions, NO INTEREST IS CALCULATED for that month. POS transactions will be excluded when counting the number of debit transactions. Interest is credited to Savings Account at the end of December. Notes 1. Arrangement fee Applicable on all new credit facilities: charged on the new loan amount for loan facilities; and charged on the new limit for the duration from sanction date to expiry for other credit limits. 2. Enhancement fee Applicable on all increases in previously sanctioned credit facility limits: Loans : Charged on the enhanced amount only. No other additional fee (amendment fee) will be applicable. Other credit facilities : Charged on the enahanced amount for the duration from date of enhancement sanction to expiry. For all enhancements with extension/ amendment; enhancement fee plus extension or amendment fee as applicable will be charged. 3. Extension fee Applicable on all amendments involving an increase in term of the credit facility: charged on the outstanding amount for loans; and charged on the existing limit for other credit facilities (if limit is reduced, charged on the reduced limit). 4. Amendment fee Applicable on all amendments not involving an increase in term of the credit facility: charged on the outstanding amount for loans; and charged on the existing limit for other credit facilities. 5. Commitment fee For the purpose of charging commitment fee, actual quarters (quarters to be defined from the date of initial disbursement) will be used. Commitment fee will be charged only to the amount that has not been disbursed in that particular quarter according to the drawdown schedule or payment schedule provided by the borrower at the time of loan application. 6.
