The following relationships exist: 1. A nurse who has an L.P.N. based upon a one-year nursing program will have his or her salary computed on the basis of 82% of the corresponding Bachelor's degree index amount. 2. A nurse who has an R.N. degree based upon an Associate degree nursing program (A.D.N.) will have his or her salary computed on the basis of 91% of the corresponding Bachelor's degree index amount. 3. A nurse who has an R.N. and a Bachelor s degree (B.S.N.) will be placed on the current Bachelor's degree index. 4. A nurse who has an R.N. and a Bachelor s degree (B.S.N.) plus an additional 12 college hours will be placed on the current B+12 degree index.* 5. A nurse who has an R.N. and a Master s degree will be placed on the current Master s degree index. 6.
