Terms & Conditions Governing the Use of AmBank NexG PrePaid MasterCard / Visa ( Card ) Any person issued with the Card (the Cardmember ) by AmBank (M) Berhad [Company No. 8515-D] ( Bank or AmBank ) and registers the Card with the Bank agrees that the use of the Card is subject to the conditions printed below and in using the Card is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to them. 1 DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION 1.1 In these conditions:- AmBank Card Centre means the place where the Bank handles their daily operations for the Card. AmBank Contact Centre means the place that the Cardmember may call (at a telephone number which the Bank has made known to the Cardmember) to enquire about Stored Value and the Transaction history of the Card. AmBank Group means AMMB Holdings Berhad [Company No. 223035-V] and its group of companies and includes any or all of its subsidiaries. ATM means an automatic teller machine linked to MasterCard or VISA at which the Cardmember can use the Card with PIN to access his/her Stored Value. Bank or AmBank means AmBank (M) Berhad [Company No. 8515-D] a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its registered office at 22nd Floor, Bangunan AmBank Group, No. 55, Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur. Bank s website means www.ambank.com.my Business Day means any day (excluding Saturdays & Sundays) on which commercial banks in Kuala Lumpur are open for business. Card means the MasterCard /VISA PrePaid Card issued by the Bank (and includes co-branded MasterCard /VISA prepaid cards issued by the Bank with other third parties). Card Account refers to the Cardmember s MasterCard /VISA PrePaid Card account to which all Transactions on the Card and all annual fees and/or any other fees are debited. Cardmember means any individual who has been issued with and has registered the Card. Cash Withdrawal means a Transaction using the Card to withdraw cash from any ATM (with CIRRUS/PLUS network) or at the Bank s branch which shall be subject to the following limits and the Card s available Stored Value: Minimum Maximum Per withdrawal ATM daily withdrawal RM10.00 RM5,000.00 Subject to respective bank s ATM withdrawal limit Daily withdrawal over the counter at the Bank branches Minimum Maximum RM200.00 RM10,000.00 Consumer Goods means goods which are bought for personal, domestic and household purposes. Merchant(s) means any establishment who accepts the Card from the Cardholder to pay for the purchase of Consumer Goods and services by the Cardmembers. PIN means the Personal Identification Number provided to Cardmembers for use with the Card. Starter Pack means the package which contains:- (a) the Card; (b) Registration Form (c) these conditions; and (d) any other documents or materials that may be provided by the Bank. Online Statement means the statement containing the Transaction history accessible by the Cardmember from the Bank s website in accordance with Clause 12. Starter Pack Fee means the one time fee of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty Five (RM25.00). The Bank may increase this fee from time to time. Statement means the statement containing all Transactions posted to the Cardmember s Card Account. Stored Value means the balance in the Card Account that is available for Transactions. Stored Value Currency means currency in Ringgit Malaysia. Top Up means the adding of monetary value to the Card Account. Transaction means all transactions debited to the Card or made using the Card including the purchase of Consumer Goods or services or Cash Withdrawals, ATM transactions, teller s terminal, telephone, or remote (internal or email) purchases and payments credited to the Card. 1.2 These conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. 1.3 References to singular numbers shall include plural numbers and vice versa. 1.4 References to masculine genders include feminine and neuter genders. 1.5 References to a person include a partnership, firm or corporation. 1.6 The headings to these conditions shall be ignored in interpreting the conditions. 2 ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS 2.1 The Bank will make available the Card facilities to the Cardmember subject to these conditions upon the Cardholder s successful registration of the Card. 2.2 As soon as the Cardmember receives the Card he must:- (a) (b) immediately sign on the signature panel on the Card; register the Card with the Bank by filling up the registration form and submit to any AmBank Branch. Bank will verify the Cardmember s identification. If the Cardmember holds a valid Malaysian MyKad and is at least 18 years old, he may walk into any of the Bank s branches during business hours for immediate Card activation. 2.3 The Bank may refuse to register the Card at its absolute discretion without disclosing the reasons. 2.4 Reasons for non registration may include pending bankruptcy proceedings against the Cardmember or if the Cardmember is an undischarged bankrupt. 3 CARDMEMBER S AGREEMENT 3.1 The Cardmember agrees: (a) That only the Cardmember who is successfully registered by the Bank is allowed to use the Card; (b) At all times to keep Card safe and secure and to maintain the secrecy of the PIN; (c) To inform the Bank in writing as soon as possible if there are any changes in the details of the Cardmember given to the Bank during card application/registration. The Cardmember must also give the Bank other details or information as the Bank may ask for from time to time; (d) To also comply with all other conditions which the Bank may impose on the use of the Card from time to time; (e) To use the Card for personal use only to buy Consumer Goods and services and not for any business use or unlawful activities (for example illegal online banking, betting or gambling); (f) Not to use the Card for more than six (6) purchase Transactions per day (or such other number that the Bank may at its absolute discretion decide) and to ensure each purchase Transaction does not exceed Ringgit Malaysia Two Thousand (RM2,000.00); (g) To ensure that the Stored Value shall at all times not exceed RM10,000 (or such other number that the Bank may at its absolute discretion decide); and (h) To ensure that the Transactions using the Card and monies or funds used to Top Up /reload of the Card(s) are not obtained from unlawful sources nor relate to any unlawful activities as specified under the Anti-Money Laundering And Anti Terrorism Financing Act 2001 ( AMLA ).

3A BANKING AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS ACT 1989 ( BAFIA ) & AMLA 3A.1 The use of the Card is subject to the BAFIA, AMLA and all regulations and directives made by Bank Negara Malaysia. The Bank may block a Transaction if it has reasonable grounds to believe that it is illegal in Malaysia or any other country and the Bank is not liable to the Cardmember if it does so. The Cardmember releases the Bank from all liability and also agrees to indemnify the Bank from any loss or damage that the Cardmember may suffer as a consequence of the Bank blocking the transaction. 3A.2 The Cardmember knows that the Bank may have to act promptly and on limited information if there is a suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity. 4 TERMINATION/WITHDRAWAL/SUSPENSION OF USE OF THE CARD 4.1 All Cards belong to the Bank and the Bank may at its absolute discretion terminate and withdraw the Card or suspend its use or otherwise refuse any Transactions to be made on the Card if the Cardmember has breached any of these conditions. 4.2 The Cardmember shall release the Bank from all liabilities and shall indemnify the Bank and hold it harmless against all claims arising directly or indirectly from the termination, withdrawal of, suspension of or refusal to effect any Transactions on the Card including any claim for defamation or other losses. 4.3 In addition to the Bank s rights in clause 4.1, the Bank may terminate the Card if either: (a) the Cardmember defaults in any payment due to the Bank; or (b) the Cardmember is adjudged a bankrupt or is insolvent, dies or becomes insane; or (c) any of the Cardmember s property is the subject of a levy of execution, writ of attachment, or other legal encumbrance; or (d) after a credit check, the Bank deems its position to be risky (even though the Cardmember s account may be current); or (e) the Cardmember uses the Card in excess of the Stored Value; or (f) the Cardmember has failed to comply with any of these conditions; or (g) the Cardmember cannot be located by the Bank; or (h) the Cardmember enters or tries to enter into a settlement arrangement with his creditors; or (i) if the Bank is of the view that the Card has been used for any business purpose (i.e. used by the Cardholder to make any profit. Any decision of the Bank on this matter shall be conclusive and shall not be challenged at all). Upon the termination and/or withdrawal of the Card, the Cardmember has to settle with the Bank all outstanding sums owing under the Card Account immediately. 4.4 The Cardmember may cancel the Card by returning the Card cut in halves to the Bank. The Bank may cancel the Card at any time at its sole and absolute discretion with prior notice and without having to give the Cardmember any reason. Upon cancellation of the Card by the Bank the Cardmember s obligation to pay to the Bank all monies owing remain. 4.5 Upon cancellation of the Card:- (a) all monies owing under the Card Account is immediately due and payable immediately and the Cardmember shall upon demand settle such monies in full, failing which the Bank may take any action deemed necessary to recover the same; and (b) if there is any credit balance in the Card Account the Cardmember may redeem the Stored Value in the manner set out in Clause 16A. 5 LIABILITY OF CARDMEMBERS/LOST OR STOLEN CARD 5.1 The Cardmember must take reasonable precautions to prevent loss or theft of the Card. If the Card is lost or stolen or an unauthorised person discovers the PIN, once the Cardmember is aware of this he shall immediately notify the AmBank Card Centre by telephone (with confirmation in writing within a reasonable period thereafter), so that the losses to the Cardmember can be mitigated. The Cardmember must make a police report for the lost/stolen Card / PIN disclosure to an unauthorized person and give a copy of this report to the AmBank Card Centre. The Bank will invalidate the Card once the Bank receives notification from the Cardmember. 5.2 The Cardmember shall be liable for all Transactions incurred from unauthorized usage of the Card prior to the Card being reported as lost/stolen. The Bank will not under any circumstances be responsible to the Cardholder or reimburse or refund to the Cardholder any monies lost from the Card due to the Cardholder losing his Card or due to the theft of the Card. 5.3 If a Card reported lost is subsequently recovered, the Cardmember shall immediately return such Card cut in half, to the Bank. The Bank will refund the Stored Value balance (if any) to the Cardholder but will not issue a replacement Card following the loss or theft of the Card or the disclosure of the PIN to any unauthorised person. 6 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY BY BANK 6.1 The Bank is not liable if any Merchant refuses to honour the Card or if there are any defects or deficiencies in any Consumer Goods or services provided by the Merchant. The Cardmember must resolve all complaints and disputes against the Merchant directly. The Cardmember promises and confirms not to involve the Bank in any legal proceedings against the Merchant. The Bank is not liable to the Cardmember in making payments to the Merchant even though the Cardmember has a claim and/or dispute against the Merchant. If the Cardmember disputes any Transaction, the disputed Transaction shall only be refunded when the Bank has fully investigated the case and decides that the Cardmember is not liable for the disputed Transaction. Any monies to be refunded shall be credited to the Card Account. 6.2 The Cardmember shall release the Bank from all liability if the Card is not accepted by any Merchant. 6.3 The Bank disclaims and the Cardmember fully releases the Bank from all liability where the Bank fails to comply with any of these conditions even if such failure is caused by or within the Bank s control. 7 TERMS OF PAYMENT 7.1 Time is of the essence in respect of the Cardmember s payment obligations. 7.2 Notwithstanding anything else stated in these conditions, the Cardmember shall immediately pay in full all amounts owing to the Bank in any of the following events: (a) If the Card or its use is withdrawn; or (b) On the termination of the use of the Card for any reason whatsoever; The Cardmember has no right to withhold payment of any monies due to the Bank under any circumstances whatsoever. 8 CASH WITHDRAWAL 8.1 If there is enough funds in the Card Account, the Cardmember may obtain cash from any licensee of MasterCard International Incorporated/VISA through the use of the Card at designated locations and/or ATMs in and outside Malaysia. 8.2 A Cash Withdrawal by the Cardmember shall be debited from the Card Account. 9 FOREIGN CHARGES & CURRENCY 9.1 All Card Transactions will be denominated in the Stored Value Currency. 9.2 Any Transaction incurred in other currencies will be converted into the Stored Value Currency at the exchange rates determined by MasterCard or VISA plus an administration cost of 1% and RM1.00 for each transaction, as the case may be, at the date the Transaction is posted onto the Card Account. 10 CREDITS FROM MERCHANTS 10.1 The Bank may credit refunds from Merchants to Cardmember as Stored Value into the Card if the Bank receives a credit from the Merchant or Merchant s bank acceptable to the Bank.

10.2 If available, upon the Cardmember s request the Bank will give copies of the credit slips to the Cardmember at the Cardmember s cost. 10A. TOPPING UP / MAXIMUM STORED VALUE / DEBIT BALANCE 10A.1 The Cardmember may Top Up and pay monies into the Card Account as follows or in any other manner that the Bank may allow:- (a) Banking in cash or cheques at any of the Bank s branches over the counter or using the Bank s cash / cheque deposit machines; (b) Funds transfer from any of the Cardmember s other accounts held with the Bank in any manner allowed by the Bank; (c) Inter-bank money transfer (GIRO) from Cardmember s other accounts held with other banks; or (d) Making payments at AmG Insurance Berhad branches and such other participating epay outlets bearing the NexG Recharge logo. 10A.2 Top Up by the Cardmember is not effective until the actual value of the Top Up has been received by the Bank. Top Up by outstation cheques shall include the bank commissions where applicable otherwise the Bank may debit the Cardmember s Card Account for such commission. 10A.3 The maximum Stored Value that can be credited to the Card is RM10,000.00 or any other amount which the Bank may allow. If due to any error, the Bank s system permits the Cardmember s Stored Value to exceed the permitted limit, the Bank will notify the Cardmember and require the Cardmember to fully utilize such excess or redeem such excess in the manner set out in Clause 16A within 14 days from the date of the Bank s notification. 10A.4 If any error results in a debit balance on the Card the Cardmember shall repay this amount to the Bank within 14 days from the Bank s request for repayment. Such repayment may be made by the Cardmember by way of Top Up. Any amount of the Top Up in excess of the debit balance shall be treated as Stored Value. 11 SERVICE FEES, COSTS & CHARGES 11.1 In consideration of the services provided, the Cardmember shall pay the Bank:- (a) a Purchase Transaction Fee of Ringgit Malaysia One (RM1.00) for every Transaction which is a retail purchase at any Merchant outside Malaysia through the use of the Card; (b) a service charge of 2% of the amount withdrawn or Ringgit Malaysia Ten (RM10.00) whichever is higher, for any Cash Withdrawal obtained from non AmBank ATMs; (c) an administration cost of 1% of the Stored Value Currency amount incurred (upon conversion) for Transactions denominated in foreign currency; (d) a Top Up fee of Ringgit Malaysia Two (RM2.00), or such other amounts as may be specified by the Bank from time to time, for every Top Up performed by the Cardmember over-the-counter in any of the Bank s branches; (e) an account service fee of Ringgit Malaysia Three (RM3.00) per month for the use of the Card, which fee is chargeable upon registration; (f ) a service fee of Ringgit Malaysia Five (RM5.00) for each and every copy of the Statement requested for by the Cardmember; (g) a service fee of Ringgit Malaysia Twenty (RM20.00) for each and every copy of any sales draft requested for by the Cardmember if such sales draft is available; (h) Credit Refund Fee of RM2 will be imposed on any refund of unutilized stored value; and (i) all costs and expenses (including the Bank s solicitors fees on a solicitor and client basis) incurred by the Bank in order to preserve and/or enforce any of the rights of the Bank hereunder. 11.2 All fees, costs and expenses and/or charges due from the Cardmember shall be reflected in the Statement and debited from the Stored Value. All fees, costs or charges charged to and paid by the Cardmembers shall not be refundable under any circumstances. 11.3 The fees and charges may be changed by the Bank at any time and from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion with such changes posted to the Bank s website. The Bank will give the Cardmember at least twenty one (21) days prior notice before the date such changes take effect. The Cardmember shall keep track of the current fees or charges imposed by the Bank at Bank s website. 12. CHECKING STATEMENT DETAILS 12.1 The Cardmember can check his Online Statement containing information about the Stored Value or Transactions history from the Bank s website by logging into his/her AmOnline account with the Cardmember s user name and password. Alternatively the Cardmember may check on the Transaction history via phone at AmBank Contact Centre by calling +603 2178 8888. 12.2 The Online Statement will contain Transaction history, fees and charges that took place 48 hours ago and keep a record of the Transaction history, fees and charges for the last 90 days, but will not contain Transactions which are not yet processed by the Bank. 12.3 The Cardmember shall examine his/her Transactions record at least once a month from the Bank s website. 12.4 The Cardmember shall inform the Bank of any error within 14 days from the date Transactions are posted to the Online Statement otherwise the entries contained in the Statement are deemed to be correct, conclusive and binding on the Cardmember and the Cardmember shall not after that claim that the Statement contains errors or inaccuracies. 12.5 Cardmembers below the age of 18 are not entitled to access the Bank s Online Banking Services and are only allowed to check:- (a) the Stored Value at any Bank s ATM or via phone to AmBank Contact Centre; or (b) the Transaction history via phone at AmBank Contact Centre. 13 CONCLUSIVENESS OF EVIDENCE 13.1 The Cardmember agrees to accept as final and conclusive for all other purposes:- (a) The Statement issued by the Bank, as conclusive evidence of the Cardmember s indebtedness to the Bank; and (b) A certificate from any manager of the Bank as conclusive evidence on whether due notice of any matter arising out of these has been given to the Cardmember. 14 VARIATION OR ADDITION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS 14.1 The Bank may change (by adding to or deleting from) these conditions at any time and from time to time by written notice to the Cardmember/Notice can be given by advertisement in any media and/or publication in the Bank s website. Such changes shall be effective on the date specified by the Bank. The Cardmember is required to check the Bank s website for the most recent updates of terms and conditions from time to time. The Bank will give the Cardmember at least twenty one (21) days prior notice before the date such changes take effect. 14.2 If the Cardmember does not accept any changes to these conditions as notified the Cardmember shall cancel the use of the Card by written notice to the Bank together with the Card cut in half. 14.3 If the Cardmember uses the Card after the effective date of any change of these conditions, the Cardmember shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by such changes. 15 NOTICES 15.1 Any communication to the Cardmember is deemed received by the Cardmember if left at or sent by ordinary post to his/her last known address or sent by short messaging system services ( SMS ) to the Cardmember s mobile phone number on record or by electronic mail to the Cardmember e-mail address on record or advertised in any media including the Internet as decided by the Bank at its sole and absolute discretion.

15.2 Service of any notices or legal process is deemed effected on the date of delivery if sent by hand or if sent by post, on the second Business Day after posting to the Cardmember at his last known address or at the time of sending if sent by SMS or electronic mail or on the date of any advertisement by the Bank if advertised. 16 CONSENT TO DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION 16A 16.1 The Bank may disclose any information and conduct relating to the Cardmember or the Cardmember s Card Account or any other account held with the Bank, the Cardmember s particulars and the Cardmember s affairs (financial or otherwise) howsoever obtained by the Bank (collectively referred to as Cardmember s information ) to:- (a) The Central Credit Unit established by Bank Negara Malaysia or to any other credit bureau or agencies approved by the Association of Banks of Malaysia; and/or (b) Any Merchant, participating Financial Institutions, MasterCard/VISA and any member institution of MasterCard/VISA which accepts the Card, any member of VISA International Service Association and/or MasterCard International Inc; and/or (c) AmBank Group, its agents and/or associates (i) to enable the Bank to perform its functions; and/or (ii) to prevent crime and for audit, debt collection and service process purposes; and/or (iii) to investigate, report and prevent money laundering, terrorist financing and criminal activities generally; and/or (iv) for any and all other purposes required by law. REDEEMING STORED VALUE 16A.1 The Cardmember may redeem and/or the Bank may required the Cardmember to redeem Stored Value upon the occurrence of the following events: (a) Where the Stored Value exceeds RM10,000.00 or any amount as may be determined by the Bank and the Cardmember has failed to utilize the amount in excess within 2 weeks from the date the excess occurs; and (b) If the Cardmember cancels the Card due to the Card being lost or stolen. 16A.2 Upon the occurrence of any of the events set out in Clause 16A.1, the Cardmember may redeem and/or the Bank may required the Cardmember to redeem all or part of the Stored Value in the following manner: (a) by having the Bank issue to the Cardmember a cashier s order for the amount redeemed subject to the Cardmember bearing the bank charges for the issuance of the cashier s order; or (b) by funds transfer to another Card successfully registered with the Bank or to the Cardmember s savings/current account held at the Bank. 16B EVENTS BEYOND BANK S CONTROL & FORCE MAJEURE The Bank shall not be liable to the Cardmember if it cannot carry out its obligations due to reasons beyond the control of the Bank (such as events due directly or indirectly to any Acts of God, war (whether declared or undeclared), strike, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorists, labour unrest, lock out, fire, accident, or other events which is in the nature of a force majeure, breakdown of machinery, failure of any electronic device, data processing system, transmission or telecommunication line, electrical failure). 17 PRIVACY 17.1 Cardmember confirm that he / she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Notice of AmBank Group (which is available at www.ambank.com.my) and the clauses herein, as may relate to the processing of his / her personal information. For the avoidance of doubt, Cardmember agree that the said Privacy Notice shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference into this Agreement. 17.2 In the event Cardmember provide personal and/or financial information relating to third parties, including information relating to his / her next-of-kin and dependents, for the purpose of registering or operating the Card with the Bank or otherwise subscribing to the Bank s products and services, Cardmember: a. confirm that he / she has obtained their consent or are otherwise entitled to provide the information to the Bank and for the Bank to use it in accordance with these conditions; b. agree to ensure that the personal and financial information of the said third parties is accurate; c. agree to update the Bank in writing in the event of any material change to the said personal and financial information; and d. agree to the Bank s right to terminate the Card should such consent be withdrawn by any of the said third parties. 17.3 Where Cardmember instruct the Bank to effect any sort of cross-border transaction (including to make or receive payments), the details relevant to the cross-border transaction (including information relating to those involved in the said transaction) may be received from or sent abroad, where it could be accessible (whether directly or indirectly) by the Bank s agents abroad, overseas regulators and/or authorities in connection with their legitimate duties (e.g. the prevention of crime). In instructing AmBank and/or our agents to enter into any cross-border transaction on the Cardmember s behalf, Cardmember agree to the above said disclosures on behalf of the Cardmember and others involved in the said cross-border transaction. 17.4 Additionally, but always subject to any laws, (including regulations, guidelines and/or obligations) applicable to the Bank (whether in or outside Malaysia), Cardmember agree that other companies in the AmBank Group, their merchants and strategic partners may contact the Cardmember about products, services and offers, which the Bank and AmBank Group believe may be of interest or beneficial to the Cardmember. 17.5 The Bank and AmBank Group may communicate with Cardmember through various channels, including telephone, e-mail, electronic / mobile messaging, facsimile or post, using the contact information Cardmember has provided. 17.6 Cardmember may inform the Bank at any time if Cardmember do not wish to receive marketing communications from the Bank, AmBank Group and/or their merchants and business partners, by contacting the Bank at the various channels given below: Customer Service Officer Phone : +603 2178 8888 (24 hours) E-mail : customercare@ambankgroup.com Post : Privacy, AmBank Contact Centre, P.O. Box No. 12617, 50784 Kuala Lumpur 17.7 Cardmember s latest written instructions to the Bank will prevail. Cardmember acknowledges that certain communications such as the Statements to the Cardmember and AmBank Group s websites may contain standard information regarding other products and services of the Bank and the AmBank Group that cannot be removed without affecting the delivery / operation provision of the Card and/or without additional costs to Cardmember. 17.8 Even after Cardmember have provided the Bank with any information, Cardmember will have the option to withdraw the consent given earlier. In such instances, the Bank will have the right to terminate the Card. 17.9 The Bank reserves the right to amend this Clause from time to time at the Bank s sole discretion by providing notice to the Cardmember. 17.10 This section shall be without prejudice to Clause 16 of these conditions on Disclosure of Information. 18 MISCELLANEOUS 18.1 If any of these conditions are found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, such condition shall be deemed deleted and the remaining conditions shall remain in full force and effect and shall not be affected by the deleted condition. The deleted clause shall be replaced by a condition (to be determined by the Bank) that is similar in terms to such deleted condition that is legal, valid and enforceable so as to give effect to the intent of the Bank.

18.2 The Bank is entitled to assign any receivables due from the Cardmember to any person upon such terms, as the Bank deems fit. 18.3 The Cardmember agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Kuala Lumpur or Shah Alam or such other court as may be decided by the Bank. 18.4 Failure or delay by the Bank to exercise any right, power or privilege shall not affect the Cardmember s liability to the Bank nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege prevent the Bank from further exercising its right, power or privilege contained in these conditions. 18.5 The obligations of the Cardmember shall be binding on the Cardmember s legal representatives or successors in title. 18.6 In the event there is any uncertainty arising from these conditions, such uncertainty shall be resolved by the Bank. The Bank s decision of the meaning of any provision and where applicable, the Bank s choice of the appropriate provision to be applied to a particular situation shall be final and binding on the Cardmember. 18.7 All Cardmembers aged 18 to 70 years are entitled to a FREE RM10,000 Accidental Death insurance cover underwritten by AmG Insurance Berhad [Company No. 803512-W]. The maximum cover per individual is RM10,000 regardless of the number of Cards the individual is registered for. The free insurance covers death due to an accident. The free cover is for a maximum duration of 12 months from the date the Card is registered or until the Card is cancelled, whichever is earlier. For details of the cover and policy contract, please visit www.ambank.com.my 18.8 Notwithstanding anything in these conditions, the Bank s rights and entitlement under this Agreement and the Cardmembers obligations shall continue to remain in full force and effect although the Card has been cancelled, revoked or suspended by the Bank. 18.9 The Bank may, at any time: (a) combine any or all of the Cardmember s accounts with the Bank (including the Card Account regardless of where these accounts are located and whether these accounts are denominated in Ringgit Malaysia or in any other currency); and/or (b) set-off or transfer any sum standing to the credit of any such account(s) towards payment of all monies due (regardless of where these monies due are located and whether denominated in Ringgit Malaysia or in any other currency) and the set-off may be done notwithstanding that credits and the debits are in different currencies. The Bank may effect any of the combination, consolidation set-off or transfer with the necessary conversions at the Bank s prevailing exchange rates determined by the Bank at its sole discretion. The Bank may, at any time freeze the Cardmember s current and deposit accounts held at the Bank before giving the Cardmember notice of the Bank s intention to exercise its right to set-off or transfer. 18.10 A Bahasa Malaysia version of this Agreement is available to the Cardmember at the Bank s website.
