TERMS OF CONTRACT MEIER S agrees to supply necessary materials, and perform all labor to open pool (as per contract). Customer does hereby agree to pay MEIER S any additional material or labor costs, not included in this contract, but done at customer s request. IF THE AMOUNTS TO BE PAID PURSUANT TO THE TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT ARE NOT PAID WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER DUE DATE AS HEREIN BEFORE SPECIFIED FOR EACH SUCH PAYMENT. A DELINQUENCY CHARGE ON EACH SUCH INSTALLMENT IN DEFAULT OF 1-1/2% OF THE INSTALLMENT PER MONTH SHALL BE CHARGED AND THE CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO PAY SUCH DELINQUENCY CHARGE IN ADDITION TO THE CONTRACT PRICE HEREIN SPECIFIED, IN ADDITION, THE CUSTOMER IS OBLIGATED TO PAY COSTS AND DISBURSEMENTS, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEY S FEES, INCURRED BY MEIER S IN LEGAL PROCEEDINGS TO COLLECT THE SUMS DUE PURSUANT TO THIS CONTRACT AFTER DEFAULT.
