CREDIT CARD ACQUISITION CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. The RHB Credit Card Acquisition Campaign ( the Campaign ) is organized by RHB Bank Berhad ( RHB Bank ) and RHB Islamic Bank Berhad ( RHB Islamic Bank ) (both herein referred to as RHB unless specifically distinguish). RHB Bank Credit Card and RHB Islamic Bank Credit Card-i will be collectively referred to as RHB Cards. CAMPAIGN PERIOD 2. This Campaign comprises of the following period ( Campaign Period ): 2.1 Sign-Up Period runs from 24 March 2018 to 30 June 2018 (last card approval date will be 14 th July 2018), both dates inclusive and is defined as the period when the Eligible Cardholder applies for a principal/supplementary participating RHB Cards ( Sign-Up Period ); 2.2 Activation Period is defined as 60 days from the date of approval ( Activation Period ); and 2.3 Spend Period is from 24 March 2018 to 30 September 2018, both dates inclusive and is defined as the period when the Eligible Cardholder spend with their new RHB Cards. ELIGIBILITY 3. This Campaign is open to all new principal RHB Cards holder issued by RHB ( the Eligible Cardholder ). 4. This Campaign is not applicable to (which shall be determined by RHB at its discretion):- a. RHB Staff Credit Cards b. Card Upgrade Application c. Card Conversion (For example: from Visa to MasterCard and vice versa) d. Card Reinstatement (cancellation that was completed less than 12 months) e. Additional Card Application f. Supplementary Card Application by existing RHB Card holders and g. RHB Business Credit Card PARTICIPATING CRITERIA 5. Eligible Cardholders must during the Campaign Period:- 5.1 Apply for any principal/supplementary RHB Cards through RHB during the Sign-Up Period; 5.2 Activate his/her newly approved RHB Cards and spend minimum of RM50 on the first purchase within 60 days from the card approval date; 5.3 Cardholder who activated his/her card with at least one retail spend will be auto qualified to participate in the Campaign Offer; 5.4 Use his/her RHB Cards on Eligible Spend (as per Clause 6 below) during the Spend Period in accordance with the Eligibility Criteria as set out in Table 1 and 2 below. 1

ELIGIBLE SPEND 6. Eligible Spend for the Campaign are those that are charged to the RHB Cards subject to Clause 7 below; and 6.1 includes: a. Retail Spend b. Online Spend c. Mail Order or Telephone Order d. Smart Pay Transactions or Auto Billing e. Recurring Transactions 6.2 excludes: a. Cash Advance & Quasi Cash b. Instalments paid for the 0% Instalment Plan c. Balance transfer transactions d. Easy cash & the instalments paid transactions e. Instalments paid for Dial-An-Instalment programme f. Refunds g. Disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent retail transactions h. Payment of annual fee and the Goods and Services Tax on the annual fees i. Interest or Management Fee payments j. Late payment fees, charges for cash withdrawals and any other form of service/miscellaneous fees PROMOTIONAL OFFER 7. The Campaign Cash Back are as per tables below throughout the Campaign Period: 7.1 Table 1: Applicable to new principal cardholder who apply for any RHB Cards during the Sign-Up Period. Accumulated spent will be started fresh on every first day of the next Participating Week. For example Customer A spent RM1,100 from 24 th March 30 th March 2018 and he/she is to be rewarded a RM30 (assuming the capping is still yet to be maximized). On 31 st March onwards, he/she has to accumulate RM300 and above within the Participating Week in order to receive RM30 cash back, subjected to a maximum 1 time during Participating Week and 9 times during Campaign Period, first come first serve as per allocated capping. 3

8. In the event of a tie in transaction time, the Eligible Cardholder with the higher Eligible Spend amount will get the Cash Back. In the event the Eligible Spend amounts are the same, the Eligible Spend made by an Eligible Cardholder with the highest card type of Participating RHB Cards will get the Cash Back. 9. The Cash Back under this Campaign will be credited into the principal Eligible Cardholder s RHB Cards account with the highest spend activities within four (4) to six (6) weeks from the end of the Participating Weeks. The Eligible Cardholder will receive notification of the Cash Back, if any, through the respective RHB Cards monthly credit card statement that follows after the date of the crediting of the Cash Back. 10. The Eligible Cardholder s RHB Card account must be valid and must be in good standing as so determined by RHB at its discretion to be eligible for participation during and after the Campaign and/or for winning of the Cash Back. If, at any time during the Campaign Period, the Eligible Cardholder cancels the RHB Card for any reason whatsoever, his/her participation in the Campaign becomes null and void with immediate effect. 11. In the event that any Cash Back awarded to and received by person(s) who:- a. Are not an Eligible Cardholder in the Campaign; or b. Are an Eligible Cardholder but has committed fraudulent or wrongful acts in relation to their Credit and/or any transactions made thereof; RHB reserves the right to disqualify such person(s) from participating in the Campaign. 12. The supplementary cardholder s qualified spend will be combined with the principal Cardholder s qualified during this Campaign in determining whether the principal Cardholder satisfies the Participation Criteria as defined in Clause 5 and above. For the avoidance of doubt, only the principal Eligible Cardholder will be in the running to receive the Cash Back. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ( T&C ) 13. RHB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign from time to time twenty one (21) days prior notice given either by mailing the aforesaid notices to the participant or by sending notice of the same via Short Messages Service ( SMS ) or electronic mail to the participator displayed at RHB branches or websites or any other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by RHB shall not entitle the participants to any claim or compensation against RHB for any loss or damage incurred by the participant as a direct and/or indirect result of the cancellation, termination or suspension. 14. RHB reserves the right at its discretion provided that RHB has given notice of twenty one (21) days to the Eligible Cardholders to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions ( T&C ) from time to time either by mailing the aforesaid notices to the Eligible Cardholders or by sending notice of the same via SMS or electronic mail to the participant or displayed at RHB branches or websites or any other means of communication that may be deemed appropriate by RHB. 15. RHB reserves the right to disqualify any participant in the Campaign and prohibit that person from further participating in the Campaign in the event that there is a suspicion that the participant tampered with or benefited from the tampering regulations of the Campaign or the T&C stated herein. 16. RHB s decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign, including the determination of the Eligible Cardholder, shall be final and conclusive and no further correspondence shall be entertained. 17. By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Cardholders agree to be bound by the T&C stated herein. 4

KEMPEN PEROLEHAN KAD KREDIT RHB TERMA DAN SYARAT 1. "Kempen Pemerolehan Kad Kredit RHB" ("Kempen") dianjurkan oleh RHB Bank Berhad ("RHB Bank") dan RHB Islamic Bank Berhad ("RHB Islamic Bank") (kedua-duanya dirujuk sebagai "RHB" kecuali is dibezakan secara khusus). Kad Kredit RHB Bank dan Kad Kredit-i RHB Islamic Bank akan secara kolektif dirujuk sebagai "Kad RHB. TEMPOH KEMPEN 2. Kempen ini merangkumi tempoh-tempoh berikut ( Tempoh Kempen ):- 2.1. Tempoh Pendaftaran akan bermula dari 24 Mac 2018 hingga 30 Jun 2018 (tarikh kelulusan kad terakhir ialah 14 Julai 2018), kedua-dua tarikh termasuk dan ditakrifkan sebagai tempoh apabila Pemegang Kad Yang Layak memohon Kad RHB sama ada utama/sampingan ("Tempoh Pendaftaran"); 2.2. Tempoh Pengaktifan ditakrifkan sebagai 60 hari dari tarikh kelulusan ("Tempoh Pengaktifan"); dan 2.3. Tempoh Perbelanjaan adalah dari 24 Mac 2018 hingga 30 Sept 2018, kedua-dua tarikh termasuk dan ditakrifkan sebagai tempoh apabila Pemegang Kad Layak berbelanja dengan Kad RHB baru mereka. KELAYAKAN 3. Kempen ini terbuka kepada untuk semua pemegang Kad RHB utama baru yang dikeluarkan oleh RHB ( Pemegang Kad Yang Layak ). 4. Kempen ini terbuka untuk semua kecuali yang berikut (yang akan ditentukan oleh RHB mengikut pertimbangan pihak RHB sendiri):- a. Kad Kredit Kakitangan RHB b. Permohonan Naik Taraf Kad c. Penukaran Kad (contoh. dari Visa ke MasterCard dan and sebaliknya) d. Pengembalian Semula Kad (pembatalan penuh berlaku kurang dari 12 bulan) e. Permohonan Kad Tambahan f. Permohonan Kad Sampingan (melalui pemegang Kad RHB sedia ada) g. Kad Kredit RHB Business. KRITERIA PENYERTAAN 5. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak mestilah semasa Tempoh Kempen:- 5.1 Memohon sebarang Kad RHB utama/sampingan yang mengambil bahagian semasa Tempoh Pendaftaran; 5.2 Mengaktifkan Kad RHB yang baru diluluskan dan berbelanja minimum RM50 untuk sapuan pertama dalam tempoh 60 hari dari tarikh kelulusan kad. 5.3 Pemegang Kad yang mengaktifkan kadnya dengan sekurang-kurangnya satu perbelanjaan runcit akan secara otomatik layak untuk menyertai Tawaran Kempen. 5.4 Menggunakan Kad RHB yang mengambil bahagian untuk menyertai Perbelanjaan yang Layak (seperti dalam Klausa 6 di bawah) semasa Tempoh Perbelajaan mengikut Kriteria Kelayakan seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual 1 dan 2 di bawah; 5

KRITERIA PERBELANJAAN 6. Perbelanjaan Layak untuk Kempen ini adalah yang telah dikenakan kepada Kad RHB yang Mengambil bahagian tertakluk kepada Klausa 7 di bawah;- 6.1. Termasuk: a. Perbelanjaan Runcit b. Perbelanjaan Atas Talian c. Pesanan Mel atau Pesanan Telefon d. Transaksi Bayar Pintar atau Bil Auto e. Urusniaga Berulang 6.2. Tidak termasuk: a. Pendahuluan Tunai & Kuasa Tunai b. Ansuran dibayar untuk Pelan Ansuran 0% c. Urus niaga pemindahan baki d. Tunai mudah & ansuran transaksi yang dibayar e. Ansuran yang dibayar untuk program Dial-An-Instalment f. Pemulangan pembayaran g. Urus niaga runcit yang dipertikaikan, tidak sah atau palsu h. Bayaran yuran tahunan dan Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan yang dikenakan ke yuran tahunan i. Pembayaran Faedah atau Yuran Pengurusan j. Bayaran pembayaran lewat, caj untuk pengeluaran tunai dan lain-lain bentuk perkhidmatan / yuran pelbagai TAWARAN KEMPEN 7. Kempen Pulangan Tunai adalah seperti jadual di bawah untuk sepanjang Tempoh Kempen: 7.1. Jadual 1: Diguna pakai untuk pemegang kad utama Pemegang Kad YangLayak yang baru yang memohon mana-mana Kad RHB semasa Tempoh Pendaftaran. Jenis Tawaran Tawaran Kriteria Kelayakan Pulangan Tunai Maksima per Pemegang Kad Yang Layak Pengaktifan Perbelanjaan* Pulangan Tunai RM30 Pulangan Tunai RM30 Perbelanjaan minima sebanyak RM50 menggunakan Kad RHB baru yang diluluskan Perbelajaan berjumlah sebanyak RM300 menggunakan Kad RHB baru yang diluluskan sepanjang tempoh Minggu Pengambilan Bahagian Unit Maksima 1 unit sahaja 25,000 Unit Sehingga 9 units 4,000 Unit 7.2. Apabila pemegang kad utama Pemegang Kad Yang Layak diberi ganjaran dengan Pulangan Tunai RM30 selepas pengaktifan, dia perlu memulakan semula pengumpulan perbelanjaan sebanyak RM300 untuk menerima PulanganTunai RM30 berikutnya. 6

7.3. *Jadual 2 menetapkan peruntukan Pulangan Tunai untuk Tawaran Kempen. Terguna pakai kepada mana mana pemegang kad utama Pemegang Kad Yang Layak Kad RHB baru yang dipohon semasa Tempoh Pendaftaran dan berbelanja dengan Kad RHB baru mereka semasa Tempoh Perbelanjaan. 7.5. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak akan diberi pulangan tunai RM30 untuk perbelanjaan berjumlah sekurang-kurangnya RM300 dalam Minggu Penyertaan, tertakluk kepada maksimum 1 kali setiap Minggu Penyertaan dan 9 kali sepanjang Tempoh Kempen. Perbelanjaan terkumpul akan bermula semula seterusnya pada setiap hari pertama Minggu Penyertaan. Sebagai contoh, Pelanggan A membelanjakan RM1,100 dari 24 Mac - 30 Mac 2018 dan dia akan diberi pulangan tunai sebanyak RM30 (dengan mengandaikan nilai dihadkan masih belum dimaksimumkan). Pada 31 Mac dan seterusnya, beliau perlu mengumpul semula RM300 dan ke atas dalam Minggu Penyertaan untuk menerima pulangan tunai RM30 seterusnya, tertakluk kepada maksimum 1 kali sepanjang Minggu Penyertaan dan 9 kali semasa Tempoh Kempen, tertakluk kepada yang pertama hadir dan yang pertama dilayan sepertimana yang dihadkan. 8. Sekiranya berlaku seri dalam masa transaksi, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dengan jumlah Perbelanjaan Layak yang lebih tinggi akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai. Sekiranya jumlah Perbelanjaan Layak adalah sama, Perbelanjaan Layak yang dibuat oleh Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dengan jenis Kad RHB tertinggi yang menyertai akan mendapat Pulangan Tunai. 9. Pulangan Tunai di bawah Kempen ini akan dikreditkan ke dalam akaun pemegang utama Kad RHB dengan aktiviti perbelanjaan yang paling tinggi dalam tempoh empat (4) hingga enam (6) minggu dari akhir Minggu Penyertaan. Pemegang Kad Yang Layak akan menerima pemberitahuan Pulangan Tunai, jika ada, melalui penyata bulanan kad kredit RHB masing-masing yang berikut selepas tarikh Pulangan Tunai dikreditkan. 10. Akaun Kad RHB Pemegang Kad Yang Layak mesti sah dan mesti berada dalam kedudukan yang baik sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh RHB mengikut budi bicaranya untuk layak menyertai semasa dan selepas Kempen dan / atau untuk memenangi Pulangan Tunai. Jika, pada bila-bila masa semasa Tempoh Kempen, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak membatalkan Kad RHB atas apa jua sebab, penyertaannya dalam Kempen akan dibatal dan tidak sah dengan serta-merta 11. Sekiranya sebarang Pulangan Tunai diberikan kepada dan diterima oleh orang yang: - a. Bukan Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dalam Kempen; atau b. Adalah Pemegang Kad Yang Layak tetapi telah melakukan tindakan penipuan atau salah berkaitan dengan Kredit mereka dan / atau sebarang transaksi yang dibuat daripadanya; RHB berhak membatalkan penyertaan orang tersebut daripada menyertai Kempen. 12. Perbelanjaan Layak Pemegang Kad tambahan akan digabungkan dengan Pemegang Kad utama yang layak semasa Kempen ini untuk menentukan sama ada Pemegang Kad utama memenuhi Kriteria Penyertaan seperti yang ditakrifkan dalam Klausa 7 dan ke atas. Untuk mengelakkan keraguan, hanya Pemegang Kad utama akan berpeluang untuk menerima Pulangan Tunai. 8

TERMA DAN SYARAT UMUM T&S ) 13. Bank berhak membatalkan, menamatkan atau menggantung Kempen ini dari semasa ke semasa dengan memberikan notis dua puluh satu(21) hari terlebih dahulu sama ada dengan mengeposkan notis yang disebutkan sebelum ini kepada peserta atau dengan menghantar notis yang sama melalui Perkhidmatan Pesanan Ringkas ( SMS ) atau mel elektronik (e-mel) kepada peserta, memaparkannya di cawangan atau laman web RHB atau apa-apa cara komunikasi lain yang disifatkan sesuai dan baik oleh Bank. Apaapa pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan Kempen ini oleh RHB tidak akan memberikan hak kepada peserta untuk membuat apa-apa tuntutan atau pampasan terhadap RHB atas apa-apa kerugian atau ganti rugi yang dialami oleh peserta disebabkan kesan langsung dan/atau tidak langsung pembatalan, penamatan atau penggantungan tersebut. 14. RHB berhak menurut budi bicara mutlaknya untuk mengubah, mengeluarkan atau menambah kepada mana-mana Terma dan Syarat ini dari semasa ke semasa dengan syarat RHB telah memberikan notis dua puluh satu(21) hari kalendar terlebih dahulu sama ada dengan mengepos notis tersebut kepada peserta atau dengan menghantar notis yang sama melalui SMS atau mel elektronik kepada peserta atau memaparkannya di cawangan atau laman web RHB atau melalui apa-apa cara komunikasi lain yang dianggap sesuai oleh RHB. 15. RHB berhak membatalkan mana-mana peserta dalam Kempen ini dan menghalang orang tersebut daripada terus menyertai Kempen ini sekiranya disyaki bahawa peserta tersebut telah membega atau mendapat keuntungan daripada pembegaan peraturan Kempen ini atau Terma dan Syarat yang dinyatakan di dalam dokumen ini. 16. Keputusan RHB atas semua perkara berkaitan Kempen ini, termasuk untuk menentukan Pemegang Kad Yang Layak dan pemenang, adalah muktamad serta tidak boleh dipertikaikan, dan surat-menyurat selanjutnya tidak akan dilayan. 17. Dengan menyertai Kempen ini, Pemegang Kad Yang Layak bersetuju untuk terikat dengan Terma dan Syarat yang terkandung di dalam dokumen ini. 9
