In its settlement process te EMC will, for ec settlement intervl, determine te settlement djustment required so tt te vesting contrct genertors re effectively pid, nd te MSSL effectively pys, te contrct strike price on te contrct quntity. Tis is done in suc wy s to require no oter pyments between te MSSL nd te genertors for te purpose of settling te vesting contrcts.
