Definitions: Words used in this Certificate that have an initial capital letter have the defined meaning or value as set out below or on the schedule of this Contract. Administrator means, Endurance Titan, the administrator appointed by the Insurer to administer the Policy on their behalf. Cosmetic Damage means direct and accidental damage to the outside face of a covered wheel that is caused by a Road Hazard and does not render the wheel Unserviceable. Dealer shall mean the dealer named in the schedule and certificate of insurance. Vehicle means Vehicle identified in the schedule which is eligible for coverage. Insurer means Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company. Road Hazard is a condition on a public road or highway which should not exist there, including pothole(s), nails, glass, or other road debris. Total Loss means an incident of accidental damage, theft or fire that results in the Vehicle Insurer classifying the vehicle as beyond economic repair, and for which the Vehicle Insurer pays you a total loss settlement under the Vehicle Insurance Policy. Used Vehicle means an eligible Vehicle that has been previously registered to an owner other than the Contract Holder and, where a Vehicle is a dealership demonstrator, has greater than 1,000 kilometres on the odometer. Unserviceable means that the tire has been punctured or otherwise damaged to the extent that it is unsafe, or that the wheel will no longer hold a seal with its tire. Vehicle Insurance Policy shall mean a valid insurance policy that you purchase from a vehicle insurer covering loss or damage to your vehicle. Vehicle Insurer shall mean the insurance company that has insured loss or damage to your vehicle pursuant to the terms and conditions of a vehicle insurance policy, provided that such insurance company is licensed to issue such policies in the province in which you reside. We / Us / Our means the Administrator and Insurer. You / Your means the Contract Holder identified on this Contract. Eligibility: In order to qualify for coverage: a) A minimum of 2 working keys/remotes must be provided to the Contract Holder at the time of purchase in order to be eligible for Key/Remote coverage, and b) The age of the Vehicle plus the term of coverage must be less than 10 years. Term: Coverage will begin on the date and at the time that You sign this document, as indicated by the Effective and will continue for the number of months specified. In no event will coverage extend beyond 84 months from the effective date. Claims Procedures: Any repair or replacement under the terms of this contract MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY ENDURANCE TITAN PRIOR to the repair or replacement. Damaged tires and/or wheels must be preserved for inspection, and We reserve the right to deny any claim wherein the damaged tires and/or wheels are disposed of prior to inspection. Please note that all of Our rights TITAN OPTION #2 The Titan Option #2 package includes the following coverage: WINDSHIELD REPAIR PROTECTION Coverage is provided for the repair of the front windshield ONLY that is covered under this Contract, which becomes chipped or cracked due to a Road Hazard during the term of this agreement. Windshield Repair: We will cover the cost of repairs of minor chips and cracks on the front windshield ONLY that are caused from propelled road hazard debris such as rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or composite scraps where damage occurs on a public road or highway. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the repair of a chip or crack will be up to 75.00 CDN per repair. A second repair in the same visit will be limited to 10 CDN, subject to a limit of 2 repairs per visit. Claims Procedures: Any repair to a windshield under the terms of this contract MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY ENDURANCE TITAN PRIOR to the repair. Please note that all of Our rights Exclusions: the following are not covered under this Policy: Any repair of a windshield that is made without prior authorization by Any repair of a windshield that is covered by warranty, recall, or acknowledgement of damage to the windshield; Stress cracks or cracks over six (6) inches or any crack or chip that is deemed unrepairable; DENT REPAIR PROTECTION Coverage is provided for the paintless repair of minor dents and dings on the vertical body panels of the Vehicle. In the event that a dent covered under this agreement also has paint damage, coverage will be provided for the repair of the paint. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the paintless repair of a dent or ding will be up to 100.00 CDN per repair. A second repair in the same visit will be limited to 25 CDN, subject to a limit of 2 repairs per visit. Additional reimbursement for the repair of paint damage will be limited to 150 per occurrence, subject to a maximum of 2 repairs total per contract. Any repair of a dent or ding that is made without prior authorization by Any repair of a dent or ding that is covered by warranty, recall or acknowledgement of Any dent or ding over 2 inches in diameter, large or deep dents, dents that are inaccessible due to the installation of after market equipment or edges where it is not possible to perform the PDR process; Damage not on the vertical body panels of the Vehicle; Any repair for paint damage that is not coincident with a covered dent repair; Any repair that, if performed, could in any way damage the vehicle s paint or finish; KEY / REMOTE REPLACEMENT Coverage is provided for the replacement of a key/remote, to a maximum of 800 per year, subject to a maximum of 2 claims total per contract, in the event that your key/remote is lost, stolen or destroyed. All keys and/or remotes that are reported lost, stolen or destroyed MUST be deprogrammed by the dealership prior to replacement. You must adhere to the following conditions in order to be eligible to obtain key/remote replacement benefits: If You are within 40 km of the originating Dealer, You must return there to have a replacement key/remote cut and programmed. The originating Dealer must fax a copy of the original repair order to ENDURANCE TITAN before any payment will be made. If You are more than 40 km from, or if the originating Dealer is no longer in business, You may go to any appropriate franchise dealership. If it is necessary for You to go to a dealership other than the originating Dealer, You shall call ENDURANCE TITAN for prior approval before replacing the key/remote. You will pay non-originating dealership for the replacement key/remote and will be reimbursed by ENDURANCE TITAN upon receipt of all repair orders, sales invoices, and/or other relevant or appropriate documentation, as may reasonably be requested by ENDURANCE TITAN. All non-working keys/remotes must be made available to the dealership for inspection. ENDURANCE TITAN is solely agreeing to pay the replacement cost for eligible keys/remotes under the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement. ENDURANCE TITAN will not provide the actual key/remote. Further, ENDURANCE TITAN does not in any way warrant or guarantee whether express or implied, any replacement key/remote obtained by You and/or paid for by ENDURANCE TITAN. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement will not exceed 800 CDN per year, subject to a maximum of 2 claims total per contract. Limitations for Used Vehicles: No Coverage will be provided for a period of 90 days following the Effective of this contract. Each claim will be subject to a deductible equal to 35% of the cost of the repair or replacement to a maximum of 200 CDN. Any repair or replacement of a key/remote that is made without prior authorization by Any repair or replacement of a key/remote that is covered by warranty, recall, or acknowledgement of failure or loss of a key/remote. STANDARD TITAN The Standard Titan package includes all coverage under the Titan Option #2 package plus the following TIRE AND WHEEL COVERAGE Coverage is provided for the repair or replacement of the vehicle s tires and wheels covered under this Contract, which become Unserviceable due to a Road Hazard during the term of this agreement. Flat Tires: You will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs incurred (to a maximum of 60 per occurrence) to repair a flat tire caused by a Road Hazard while operating the covered vehicle on public streets and in a legal manner. Tire Replacement: You will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs You incur to replace a tire, only if a tire covered by this agreement becomes unrepairable due to damage caused by a Road Hazard. Original Tires, Winter Tires and Subsequent Tires (that are like kind and quality, and size to the originals), are covered under the term of this contract. Wheels (Rims): You will be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of wheels rendered Unserviceable due to a Road Hazard covered under this warranty. We reserve the right to have damaged wheels repaired at our cost by a service provider of our choosing. We further reserve the right to replace the damaged wheel at our cost with a remanufactured wheel of like kind and quality to the wheel that was damaged by the covered Road Hazard. We will cover wheel replacement only in the event that the damaged wheel cannot be repaired. Mounting and Balancing: You will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs that You incur for mounting, balancing, valve stems (excluding Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), and tire disposal for any tire replaced under this agreement. However, unspecified charges for shop supplies are excluded. Taxes: You will be reimbursed for the cost of the applicable federal and provincial taxes for any tire or wheel replaced under this agreement. Your Responsibility: You must maintain proper air pressure in all covered tires. Tires should be checked monthly for proper pressure, signs of dry rot, improper wear and tread depth less than 3/32. Any such condition that cannot be corrected demands that You replace the tire. Tires that are replaced are not covered for the time remaining on the warranty (unless replacement is for a Road Hazard claim). Exclusions: The following are not covered under this Policy: Any Run Flat tires; Any damage that occurs outside the United States or Canada; Any damage resulting from off-road use, racing, collision with a curb, median or another vehicle, chain damage, misuse, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, misalignment, suspension problems, use on a construction site or on roads not regularly maintained, vandalism or malicious mischief, theft, fire, or any loss covered by primary physical damage insurance; Tire and/or wheel damage that is cosmetic in nature and that does not render the tire and/or wheel Unserviceable; Damage caused by driving on tires that are improperly inflated, improperly maintained or having a tread depth less than 3/32 ; Any damage to tires and/or wheels that are mounted on commercial vehicles or vehicles other than private passenger cars and light duty trucks (under 13,500 lbs. Gross vehicle weight); Any damage that is covered by any other warranty including warranties issued by the manufacturer; Any damage that is the result of a manufacturer defect; Replacement wherein the manufacturer, by public announcement of a recall, established its responsibility to replace tires or wheels; ETRH-112012 Page 2 of 3 Administrator Copy

Any loss where you or any person on your behalf falsely swears or commits any fraudulent act with respect to any claim; Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems; Any wheel repair or replacement, or any tire replacement that is not preauthorized by Any loss that is not reported to Us within 60 days of the incident. HEADLIGHT / TAILLIGHT PROTECTION Coverage is provided for the repair or replacement of headlights and/or taillights, to a maximum of 200 per occurrence, subject to a maximum number of 2 claims total per contract, in the event that they have become damaged due to a Road Hazard. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the repair or replacement of a headlight or taillight will not exceed 200 CDN per occurrence, subject to a maximum of 2 repairs total per contract. Any repair that is made without prior authorization by Any damage that is cosmetic in nature; Replacement of burnt out light bulbs; Any damage caused by weather, Acts of God, accidents or vandalism. TITAN OPTION #1 The Titan Option #1 package includes all coverage under the Standard Titan package plus the following: WHEEL COSMETICS Coverage is provided for the repair of Cosmetic Damage to the wheels of the Vehicle that occurs coincident with a required tire replacement due to a Road Hazard and that is covered under the terms of this agreement. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the cosmetic repair of a wheel will be up to 150.00 CDN per occurrence, subject to a maximum of 4 repairs total per contract. Any repair that is made without prior authorization by any damage to chrome wheels or wheels with chrome simulation; Any Cosmetic Damage that cannot be repaired; INTERIOR PROTECTION Coverage is provided for the repair of accidental rips, tears or burns in the upholstered seats of the Vehicle and for the cleaning of accidental spills. This contract provides for reimbursement for the cost of repair and/or cleaning only. We make no guarantee that a given rip, tear or burn will be repairable or that a spill will not result is staining. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the repair of a rip, tear or burn will be up to 150.00 CDN per repair, subject to a maximum of 3 repairs total per contract. Reimbursement for the cleaning of the area of the spill will be limited to a maximum of 50 CDN per occurrence, subject to a maximum of 2 cleanings total per contract. Any repair of a rip, tear or burn that is made without prior authorization by ENDURANCE TITAN; Any repair of a rip, tear or burn that is covered by warranty, recall or acknowledgement of Any rip, tear or burn that cannot be repaired; Any rip, tear or burn that is not on a seat of the Vehicle; Replacement of upholstery or re-upholstery; CAR RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT Coverage is provided for the rental of a vehicle where a covered repair under this contract requires the Vehicle to remain at the dealership or repair facility for greater than 1 day. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the rental of a vehicle will be limited to 1 day of rental to a maximum of 50 per occurrence. Rental of a vehicle in conjunction of a Key/Remote repair or replacement; Rental of a vehicle for any maintenance, repair or replacement not covered under this contract. Collision Trade-In Protection Collision Trade-In Protection coverage is provided only if this additional optional coverage is selected as indicated on the schedule and where the appropriate additional premium has been paid to the Coverage In the event that Your Vehicle suffers physical damage and a claim is paid by the Vehicle Insurer, a benefit equal to the lesser of 15% of the physical damage claim or 2,500 will be paid to You at the time the Vehicle is traded-in at a licensed motor vehicle dealership, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this schedule and certificate. You must adhere to the following conditions in order to be eligible to obtain Collision Trade-In Protection benefits: You must report the damage to your Vehicle to: 1. The police within 24 hours of the incident or earlier if required by applicable law; and 2. To the Vehicle Insurer within 5 days of the incident or earlier if required by applicable law or by your Vehicle Insurer. In order to be eligible to receive any benefits, all of the following requirements must be met: 1. The Contract Holder is trading-in the Vehicle against the purchase of a replacement vehicle at a licensed motor vehicle dealership, 2. Payment of a physical damage claim by the Vehicle Insurer, 3. A copy of a police report must be provided to the Administrator in all events, even if not required by the Vehicle Insurer, 4. A copy of the loss report, appraisal and repair account must be provided to the Administrator, 5. The claim is not the result of any of the exclusion outlined in Section 5. Exclusions: No benefits shall be paid under this certificate under any of the following circumstances: 1. Your Vehicle is deemed a Total Loss by the Vehicle Insurer, 2. The damage to your vehicle is the result of any fraudulent, dishonest, illegal or criminal act or misrepresentation committed by you or any member of your household or immediate family, or committed by anyone at the request of you or any member of your household or immediate family; 3. The damage to your vehicle occurs when the driver of your Vehicle is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; 4. The damage to your Vehicle occurs when the driver of your Vehicle does not hold a valid driver s licence or holds a suspended driver s licence; 5. The damage to your Vehicle occurs when you do not have a valid Vehicle Insurance Policy in force; 6. The damage to your Vehicle is not covered by your Vehicle Insurance Policy, or your Vehicle Insurer denies your claim; 7. The damage to your Vehicle occurs outside of Canada or the United States; 8. The damage to your Vehicle occurs during or after the repossession of your Vehicle by the creditor or any of their agents; or 9. Your Vehicle was, or was used as, or was intended for use as, or was insured as: a) A commercial vehicle such as a taxi, rental vehicle, limousine, driving school vehicle, funeral vehicle, delivery vehicle or any other sort of vehicle that carries passengers or cargo for compensation; b) A racing vehicle or exhibition vehicle or a vehicle modified in any manner other than in accordance with the manufacturer s instructions; c) An emergency services vehicle such as a police car, fire department vehicle or security response or patrol vehicle; or d) A pickup or utility vehicle with a gross weight in excess of three thousand kilograms (3,000 kg) whether or not the vehicle was used as a commercial vehicle. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL BENEFITS Vendor Availability: ENDURANCE TITAN makes every effort to provide service vendors nationwide but there are instances in which we have no vendor available in Your area. In such an instance, ENDURANCE TITAN reserves the right to make cash settlements in lieu of providing service. Such settlement will be based on market rates for the like services in Your general geographic area. Termination Coverage shall automatically terminate without notice upon the earliest of the following dates: 1. the date of repossession of the vehicle by the Creditor; 2. the date the vehicle becomes the subject of an order by or judgement of a court; 3. the date that the vehicle is deemed a total loss by the vehicle insurer; 4. the date that the Collision Trade-In Protection benefit is paid; 5. for any individual coverage, the date that the maximum benefit for that coverage has been paid; 6. the date that the vehicle is traded-in, sold or otherwise transferred to a new owner; 7. the Termination as shown on this Contract; 8. the date We receive written notice of cancellation signed by the Contract Holder. Transferring this Contract This Contract may be transferred by the Contract Holder to a subsequent private purchaser of the covered vehicle. To transfer the Contract, a written request including the new purchaser s name and address, documentation showing proof of the sale and a cheque for fifty (50) dollars plus GST must be sent to the administrator within thirty (30) days of the sale. Canceling this Contract This Contract may be cancelled by the Insurer and/or Administrator, where there is a failure to pay the, fraud or misrepresentation either at the time of purchase or submission of a claim or if the terms and conditions have been violated. The premium under this Contract is fully earned and is non-refundable upon cancellation or termination of the Contract except to the extent as may be required by law. We are not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, or any oral misrepresentation other than the coverage and exclusions contained herein. This plan does not guarantee days or time of service. We are not liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of delays, either before or after a day or time of service is agreed upon. By acceptance of this plan, You agree that the statements in this plan made by You are the Your representations and agreements and that this plan is issued in reliance upon the truths of those statements. This plan will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the province where this plan is written. Any litigation by either party arising out of the terms of this plan will be commenced in a provincial court of said province or in a court of arbitration under the Arbitration Act currently in force in said province, such arbitration to be conducted before a single arbitrator within said province. Coverage offered under this Contract is underwritten by Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company. This plan is the entire understanding between You and Us and there are no warranties, representations or agreements that are not expressly set forth herein. Protecting your personal information At ENDURANCE TITAN, we recognize and respect the importance of privacy. When a person applies for coverage, we establish a confidential file that contains their personal information. This file is kept in the offices of ENDURANCE TITAN. You may exercise certain rights of access and rectification with respect to the information in your file by sending a request in writing to ENDURANCE TITAN at the address listed in this certificate. We collect, use and disclose the personal information to process this application and, if this application is approved, provide and administer the product(s) applied for, investigate and process claims, and create and maintain records concerning our relationship. Unless you decline, either in this certificate or by calling ENDURANCE TITAN at 1-877-348-4062, we will also use personal customer information for marketing purposes such as upgrading coverage or offering additional insurance products and/or services that may be of interest to you. Definitions: Words used in this Certificate that have an initial capital letter have the defined meaning or value as set out below or on the schedule of this Contract. Administrator means, Endurance Titan, the administrator appointed by the Insurer to administer the Policy on their behalf. Cosmetic Damage means direct and accidental damage to the outside face of a covered wheel that is caused by a Road Hazard and does not render the wheel Unserviceable. Dealer shall mean the dealer named in the schedule and certificate of insurance. Vehicle means Vehicle identified in the schedule which is eligible for coverage. Insurer means Trisura Guarantee Insurance Company. Road Hazard is a condition on a public road or highway which should not exist there, including pothole(s), nails, glass, or other road debris. Total Loss means an incident of accidental damage, theft or fire that results in the Vehicle Insurer classifying the vehicle as beyond economic repair, and for which the Vehicle Insurer pays you a total loss settlement under the Vehicle Insurance Policy. Used Vehicle means an eligible Vehicle that has been previously registered to an owner other than the Contract Holder and, where a Vehicle is a dealership demonstrator, has greater than 1,000 kilometres on the odometer. Unserviceable means that the tire has been punctured or otherwise damaged to the extent that it is unsafe, or that the wheel will no longer hold a seal with its tire. Vehicle Insurance Policy shall mean a valid insurance policy that you purchase from a vehicle insurer covering loss or damage to your vehicle. Vehicle Insurer shall mean the insurance company that has insured loss or damage to your vehicle pursuant to the terms and conditions of a vehicle insurance policy, provided that such insurance company is licensed to issue such policies in the province in which you reside. We / Us / Our means the Administrator and Insurer. You / Your means the Contract Holder identified on this Contract. Eligibility: In order to qualify for coverage: a) A minimum of 2 working keys/remotes must be provided to the Contract Holder at the time of purchase in order to be eligible for Key/Remote coverage, and b) The age of the Vehicle plus the term of coverage must be less than 10 years. Term: Coverage will begin on the date and at the time that You sign this document, as indicated by the Effective and will continue for the number of months specified. In no event will coverage extend beyond 84 months from the effective date. Claims Procedures: Any repair or replacement under the terms of this contract MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY ENDURANCE TITAN PRIOR to the repair or replacement. Damaged tires and/or wheels must be preserved for inspection, and We reserve the right to deny any claim wherein the damaged tires and/or wheels are disposed of prior to inspection. Please note that all of Our rights TITAN OPTION #2 The Titan Option #2 package includes the following coverage: WINDSHIELD REPAIR PROTECTION Coverage is provided for the repair of the front windshield ONLY that is covered under this Contract, which becomes chipped or cracked due to a Road Hazard during the term of this agreement. Windshield Repair: We will cover the cost of repairs of minor chips and cracks on the front windshield ONLY that are caused from propelled road hazard debris such as rocks, wood debris, metal parts, plastic or composite scraps where damage occurs on a public road or highway. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the repair of a chip or crack will be up to 75.00 CDN per repair. A second repair in the same visit will be limited to 10 CDN, subject to a limit of 2 repairs per visit. Claims Procedures: Any repair to a windshield under the terms of this contract MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY ENDURANCE TITAN PRIOR to the repair. Please note that all of Our rights Exclusions: the following are not covered under this Policy: Any repair of a windshield that is made without prior authorization by Any repair of a windshield that is covered by warranty, recall, or acknowledgement of damage to the windshield; Stress cracks or cracks over six (6) inches or any crack or chip that is deemed unrepairable; DENT REPAIR PROTECTION Coverage is provided for the paintless repair of minor dents and dings on the vertical body panels of the Vehicle. In the event that a dent covered under this agreement also has paint damage, coverage will be provided for the repair of the paint. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the paintless repair of a dent or ding will be up to 100.00 CDN per repair. A second repair in the same visit will be limited to 25 CDN, subject to a limit of 2 repairs per visit. Additional reimbursement for the repair of paint damage will be limited to 150 per occurrence, subject to a maximum of 2 repairs total per contract. Any repair of a dent or ding that is made without prior authorization by Any repair of a dent or ding that is covered by warranty, recall or acknowledgement of Any dent or ding over 2 inches in diameter, large or deep dents, dents that are inaccessible due to the installation of after market equipment or edges where it is not possible to perform the PDR process; Damage not on the vertical body panels of the Vehicle; Any repair for paint damage that is not coincident with a covered dent repair; Any repair that, if performed, could in any way damage the vehicle s paint or finish; KEY / REMOTE REPLACEMENT Coverage is provided for the replacement of a key/remote, to a maximum of 800 per year, subject to a maximum of 2 claims total per contract, in the event that your key/remote is lost, stolen or destroyed. All keys and/or remotes that are reported lost, stolen or destroyed MUST be deprogrammed by the dealership prior to replacement. You must adhere to the following conditions in order to be eligible to obtain key/remote replacement benefits: If You are within 40 km of the originating Dealer, You must return there to have a replacement key/remote cut and programmed. The originating Dealer must fax a copy of the original repair order to ENDURANCE TITAN before any payment will be made. If You are more than 40 km from, or if the originating Dealer is no longer in business, You may go to any appropriate franchise dealership. If it is necessary for You to go to a dealership other than the originating Dealer, You shall call ENDURANCE TITAN for prior approval before replacing the key/remote. You will pay non-originating dealership for the replacement key/remote and will be reimbursed by ENDURANCE TITAN upon receipt of all repair orders, sales invoices, and/or other relevant or appropriate documentation, as may reasonably be requested by ENDURANCE TITAN. All non-working keys/remotes must be made available to the dealership for inspection. ENDURANCE TITAN is solely agreeing to pay the replacement cost for eligible keys/remotes under the terms, conditions and limitations set forth in this Agreement. ENDURANCE TITAN will not provide the actual key/remote. Further, ENDURANCE TITAN does not in any way warrant or guarantee whether express or implied, any replacement key/remote obtained by You and/or paid for by ENDURANCE TITAN. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement will not exceed 800 CDN per year, subject to a maximum of 2 claims total per contract. Limitations for Used Vehicles: No Coverage will be provided for a period of 90 days following the Effective of this contract. Each claim will be subject to a deductible equal to 35% of the cost of the repair or replacement to a maximum of 200 CDN. Any repair or replacement of a key/remote that is made without prior authorization by Any repair or replacement of a key/remote that is covered by warranty, recall, or acknowledgement of failure or loss of a key/remote. STANDARD TITAN The Standard Titan package includes all coverage under the Titan Option #2 package plus the following TIRE AND WHEEL COVERAGE Coverage is provided for the repair or replacement of the vehicle s tires and wheels covered under this Contract, which become Unserviceable due to a Road Hazard during the term of this agreement. Flat Tires: You will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs incurred (to a maximum of 60 per occurrence) to repair a flat tire caused by a Road Hazard while operating the covered vehicle on public streets and in a legal manner. Tire Replacement: You will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs You incur to replace a tire, only if a tire covered by this agreement becomes unrepairable due to damage caused by a Road Hazard. Original Tires, Winter Tires and Subsequent Tires (that are like kind and quality, and size to the originals), are covered under the term of this contract. Wheels (Rims): You will be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of wheels rendered Unserviceable due to a Road Hazard covered under this warranty. We reserve the right to have damaged wheels repaired at our cost by a service provider of our choosing. We further reserve the right to replace the damaged wheel at our cost with a remanufactured wheel of like kind and quality to the wheel that was damaged by the covered Road Hazard. We will cover wheel replacement only in the event that the damaged wheel cannot be repaired. Mounting and Balancing: You will be reimbursed for the reasonable costs that You incur for mounting, balancing, valve stems (excluding Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), and tire disposal for any tire replaced under this agreement. However, unspecified charges for shop supplies are excluded. Taxes: You will be reimbursed for the cost of the applicable federal and provincial taxes for any tire or wheel replaced under this agreement. Your Responsibility: You must maintain proper air pressure in all covered tires. Tires should be checked monthly for proper pressure, signs of dry rot, improper wear and tread depth less than 3/32. Any such condition that cannot be corrected demands that You replace the tire. Tires that are replaced are not covered for the time remaining on the warranty (unless replacement is for a Road Hazard claim). Exclusions: The following are not covered under this Policy: Any Run Flat tires; Any damage that occurs outside the United States or Canada; Any damage resulting from off-road use, racing, collision with a curb, median or another vehicle, chain damage, misuse, abuse, lack of proper maintenance, misalignment, suspension problems, use on a construction site or on roads not regularly maintained, vandalism or malicious mischief, theft, fire, or any loss covered by primary physical damage insurance; Tire and/or wheel damage that is cosmetic in nature and that does not render the tire and/or wheel Unserviceable; Damage caused by driving on tires that are improperly inflated, improperly maintained or having a tread depth less than 3/32 ; Any damage to tires and/or wheels that are mounted on commercial vehicles or vehicles other than private passenger cars and light duty trucks (under 13,500 lbs. Any loss where you or any person on your behalf falsely swears or commits any fraudulent act with respect to any claim; Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems; Any wheel repair or replacement, or any tire replacement that is not preauthorized by Any loss that is not reported to Us within 60 days of the incident. HEADLIGHT / TAILLIGHT PROTECTION Coverage is provided for the repair or replacement of headlights and/or taillights, to a maximum of 200 per occurrence, subject to a maximum number of 2 claims total per contract, in the event that they have become damaged due to a Road Hazard. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the repair or replacement of a headlight or taillight will not exceed 200 CDN per occurrence, subject to a maximum of 2 repairs total per contract. Any repair that is made without prior authorization by Any damage that is cosmetic in nature; Replacement of burnt out light bulbs; Any damage caused by weather, Acts of God, accidents or vandalism. TITAN OPTION #1 The Titan Option #1 package includes all coverage under the Standard Titan package plus the following: WHEEL COSMETICS Coverage is provided for the repair of Cosmetic Damage to the wheels of the Vehicle that occurs coincident with a required tire replacement due to a Road Hazard and that is covered under the terms of this agreement. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the cosmetic repair of a wheel will be up to 150.00 CDN per occurrence, subject to a maximum of 4 repairs total per contract. Any repair that is made without prior authorization by any damage to chrome wheels or wheels with chrome simulation; Any Cosmetic Damage that cannot be repaired; INTERIOR PROTECTION Coverage is provided for the repair of accidental rips, tears or burns in the upholstered seats of the Vehicle and for the cleaning of accidental spills. This contract provides for reimbursement for the cost of repair and/or cleaning only. We make no guarantee that a given rip, tear or burn will be repairable or that a spill will not result is staining. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the repair of a rip, tear or burn will be up to 150.00 CDN per repair, subject to a maximum of 3 repairs total per contract. Reimbursement for the cleaning of the area of the spill will be limited to a maximum of 50 CDN per occurrence, subject to a maximum of 2 cleanings total per contract. Any repair of a rip, tear or burn that is made without prior authorization by ENDURANCE TITAN; Any repair of a rip, tear or burn that is covered by warranty, recall or acknowledgement of Any rip, tear or burn that cannot be repaired; Any rip, tear or burn that is not on a seat of the Vehicle; Replacement of upholstery or re-upholstery; CAR RENTAL REIMBURSEMENT Coverage is provided for the rental of a vehicle where a covered repair under this contract requires the Vehicle to remain at the dealership or repair facility for greater than 1 day. Maximum Benefit: Reimbursement for the rental of a vehicle will be limited to 1 day of rental to a maximum of 50 per occurrence. Rental of a vehicle in conjunction of a Key/Remote repair or replacement; Rental of a vehicle for any maintenance, repair or replacement not covered under this contract. Collision Trade-In Protection Collision Trade-In Protection coverage is provided only if this additional optional coverage is selected as indicated on the schedule and where the appropriate additional premium has been paid to the Coverage In the event that Your Vehicle suffers physical damage and a claim is paid by the Vehicle Insurer, a benefit equal to the lesser of 15% of the physical damage claim or 2,500 will be paid to You at the time the Vehicle is traded-in at a licensed motor vehicle dealership, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this schedule and certificate. You must adhere to the following conditions in order to be eligible to obtain Collision Trade-In Protection benefits: You must report the damage to your Vehicle to: 1. The police within 24 hours of the incident or earlier if required by applicable law; and 2. To the Vehicle Insurer within 5 days of the incident or earlier if required by applicable law or by your Vehicle Insurer. In order to be eligible to receive any benefits, all of the following requirements must be met: 1. The Contract Holder is trading-in the Vehicle against the purchase of a replacement vehicle at a licensed motor vehicle dealership, 2. Payment of a physical damage claim by the Vehicle Insurer, 3. A copy of a police report must be provided to the Administrator in all events, even if not required by the Vehicle Insurer, 4. A copy of the loss report, appraisal and repair account must be provided to the Administrator, 5. The claim is not the result of any of the exclusion outlined in Section 5. Exclusions: No benefits shall be paid under this certificate under any of the following circumstances: 1. Your Vehicle is deemed a Total Loss by the Vehicle Insurer, 2. The damage to your vehicle is the result of any fraudulent, dishonest, illegal or criminal act or misrepresentation committed by you or any member of your household or immediate family, or committed by anyone at the request of you or any member of your household or immediate family; 3. The damage to your vehicle occurs when the driver of your Vehicle is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; 4. The damage to your Vehicle occurs when the driver of your Vehicle does not hold a valid driver s licence or holds a suspended driver s licence; 5. The damage to your Vehicle occurs when you do not have a valid Vehicle Insurance Policy in force; 6. The damage to your Vehicle is not covered by your Vehicle Insurance Policy, or your Vehicle Insurer denies your claim; 7. The damage to your Vehicle occurs outside of Canada or the United States; 8. The damage to your Vehicle occurs during or after the repossession of your Vehicle by the creditor or any of their agents; or 9. Your Vehicle was, or was used as, or was intended for use as, or was insured as: a) A commercial vehicle such as a taxi, rental vehicle, limousine, driving school vehicle, funeral vehicle, delivery vehicle or any other sort of vehicle that carries passengers or cargo for compensation; b) A racing vehicle or exhibition vehicle or a vehicle modified in any manner other than in accordance with the manufacturer s instructions; c) An emergency services vehicle such as a police car, fire department vehicle or security response or patrol vehicle; or d) A pickup or utility vehicle with a gross weight in excess of three thousand kilograms (3,000 kg) whether or not the vehicle was used as a commercial vehicle.
