If your craft is kept at a caravan park she must be kept in a locked compound (not next to your caravan or in a field) with keyholder access only, cctv and 24 hours security. This is how we settle claims We will not reduce your claim because new materials have replaced old ones, but we might reduce it for sails, protective covers, running rigging, batteries, outboard motors and personal belongings if we think it is fair because of their age or condition. The law that applies to this policy You or us can choose which law will apply to this policy. Unless we agree anything different, English law will apply.
