Graduate Programme Our programme is designed to give graduates the opportunity to shape their future with the organisation. We need highly driven, enthusiastic and innovative individuals to help our business grow and in return we will nurture them in their chosen career path. Inspire each other Deliver on our promises Empower to act Aspire to be the best The programme runs over 2 years. The first 12 months will be based predominately in our Solent and Stoke offices. Here you will develop claims handling skills, insurance knowledge and extensive exposure to our Property & Building Services side of the business. Individuals will then be given the option to work within our Property & Building Services area in such roles as Subsidence and Surveying Specialist, or enter line management. The second 12 months will then develop the Individual within their chosen role. Our Graduate Programme is made up of the following components: A 12-week induction programme Professional Qualifications (inc. CIOB) Technical and interpersonal Skills Workshops Placements 1-1 Mentoring. The programme will include travel to locations across the UK and occasional irregular hours You will also work towards a number of professional qualifications including: CILA (up-to Diploma Level), BDMA (Insurance Technician) and CIOB (Becoming Chartered) where you will be provided with both 1-1 mentoring and financial support/ rewards. 8 Graduate Programme 2017 9

Specific considerations: We expect all graduates to be prepared to work from our Solent and Stoke offices. After the first 12 months, there may be the opportunity to move to other locations, or even be home based. Be able to travel and work in other locations within the UK. Property Ireland Motor Property Operating across the UK, Davies Property provides a full range of bespoke claims management, loss adjusting, investigation and fulfilment services to the UK insurance market. Motor Davies Motor was formed through the acquisition of MFS, a leading motor claims outsourcing business. We work with insurers, fleet operators, managing general agents (MGAs) and brokers to deliver outsourced claims solutions from first notification of loss (FNOL) through to repair and hire, personal injury and credit hire defence. Casualty Davies Casualty (incorporating Garwyn and Argent) is the UK s leading provider of casualty claims management solutions, specialising in employers, public & product liability, disease and professional risks.
