All TEV Study Consultants in the existing panel shall also apply afresh for this empanelment. Interested contractors may collect the Document for Empanelment by downloading the application from bank s website www.bankofbaroda.com. The duly filled in application downloaded from the website, should be submitted at the following address after enclosing the application fee amounting to ` 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by way of Demand Draft / Banker s Cheque favouring Bank of Baroda : Bank of Baroda, Credit Dept. The applicant must fulfill the following criteria and must submit documentary evidence in respect of the same: The applicant consultancy firm / individuals must be carrying out Techno Economic Viability (TEV) studies for the projects of cost above ` 10 crores for at least last 5 years. (Consultants who are only valuers, surveyors, etc. may not necessarily have expertise in project appraisal and hence may not be entrusted with the project appraisal). The applicant firm must have qualified professionals (Engineers, MBAs, ICWAs, CAs), with at least 3 years of experience in handling such projects. Submit the biodata of these professionals. In case of individuals, the experience and expertise of the consultant in the line of activity would be the deciding factor. Submit documentary evidence in this regard. The applicant must be a reputed consulting firm / consultant in the area without any dubious record. The applicant should not have been blacklisted by any of the Banks/ FIs. Submit an undertaking in this regard. The applicant should be on the panel of PSB/ FI for Project Financing. Submit documentary evidence in this regard. Must have carried out TEV Study of more than 10 projects (with project cost over Rs. 10 crore) for other Banks/ FIs. Submit list of projects for which TEV study has already been done, Date of carrying out TEV study, Name of the Bank and Branch, Name of the Account, Project Cost, Existing status of the Account with the respective Bank, etc.) The empanelment would be preferably for a period of 1 year and review regarding continuation of empanelment of the consultant would be taken by Zonal Head every year. The applicant should be registered as Valuers under Section 34 AB of Wealth Tax Act 1957. Submit documentary evidence in this regard. The applicant should not have been barred by any Bank/Financial institution from valuing assets. Submit an undertaking in this regard. KYC documents should be submitted. ITR of firm/company with its proprietor/partner/director for the FY2012-13, if available, and for the FY2011-12 should be submitted.
