During the year, ` 336 crore was utilised for clearance of goods. Provision recognised under this class for the year is ` 300 crore which is outstanding as on. Actual outflow is expected in the next financial year. The Company had recognised customs duty liability on goods imported of ` 747 crore as at. During the year, further provision of ` 38 crore was made and sum of ` 439 crore was reversed on fulfilment of export obligation. Closing balance on this account as at is ` 346 crore. Other class of provisions where recognition is based on substantial degree of estimation relate to disputed customer / supplier / third party claims, rebates or demands against the Company.
