Joey Shumbamhini (B.Sc. Hons. Stats, MBA) Principal Officer Joey Shumbamhini has more than 17 years experience in the Insurance industry with special emphasis on strategic business development covering Life Assurance, Group Pensions, Short Term Insurance, Credit Insurance and Health Insurance. He is credited for developing several insurance products and risk financing solutions in the Zimbabwean insurance market. Joey has experience in leading both greenfield and brownfield projects including setting up of CBZ Life distribution channels and establishment of the First Mutual Medical Savings Fund (now First Mutual Health). He has a keen interest in listening to clients and developing tailor made solutions. Joey holds a BSc Honours in Statistics, MBA, Diploma in Insurance and is currently studying for a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA). Takawira Chinyani (BA (Hons) FCII, FIISA, MBL) Manager Short Term Broking & Risk Advisory Services Takawira Chinyani has more than 15 years experience in the insurance industry covering Short Term Insurance Broking & Risk Advisory, Underwriting, Policy Services and Claims Management. Taka is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, UK (FCII), A Fellow of the Insurance Institute of South Africa (FIISA) and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner (CIP). Tinashe Dzaramba (BBA, MSc Marketing) Manager- Individual Life Financial Planning Tinashe Dzaramba has more than 15 years experience in the Life Assurance Industry covering mainly Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Estate Planning and Life Assurance product sales. He has vast experience in management and training of Life Assurance Agents. Tinashe is an IMM Graduate, a holder of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and MSc in Marketing (NUST). He is a distinguished Financial Planner who has won so many accolades including the CBZ Holdings Group CEO Life Sales Champion (2016), the Best Funeral Cash Plan Sales Champion in 2015 and the Best CBZ Guaranteed Education Plan sales champion (2016).
