Instructions for Securing Admission Securing Admission: To secure your admission, you have to pay INR 1,05,000/ ( Part Fee INR 80,000/ / + Refundable Deposit INR 25,000/ ). Failing to do so, your admission offer will stand cancelled. Request for extension of date for payment of fees will not be entertained under any circumstances. The fee payment window will be closed at 5 PM on 30 th May 2017. Payment Options: To pay the fees please follow the steps below: Step 1. Login to the fee payment portal Go to http://connect.cept. ac.in/ Log in using the username and password you used for filling up the admissions form. Figure 1. An applicant will be able to pay fee for only one program. Page 2 of 7

Visual of Screen showing Fee Payment Options, as it appears in the website after you log in Fees can be paid either online or offline: OPTION 1: Online Payment The online payment can be done using Net Banking/ Credit / Debit card by clicking on the Online Payment button. It will open the payment page as shown below in Figure 4. Page 3 of 7

Please note that for online payments (either through net banking or debit / credit card) you will receive two emails, one from Citrus (noreply@citruspay.com) and another from CEPT University, unless you receivee both the emails, your payment is not confirmed, if you do not receive either of the email, you need to contact us at admission.finance@ cept.ac.in with all payment details immediately. OPTION 2: Offline Payment You can pay your fees at any branch of the ICICI bank using the pay in slip generated on the portal. Payment will be accepted only in cash or DD. Chequee will not be accepted. Please click the Print Pay in Slip to generate your pay in slip which will be valid for payment for 48 hours. If it is not used within 48 hours, the pay in slipp will be invalidated and a new payon in slip will need to be generated. While taking print out of the pay in slip, please take print in landscape format Make the payment at the bank After payment, upload the scanned counter copy of the pay in slip http:// /connect. cept.ac.in/ Page 4 of 7

REFUND POLICY For Admission to Postgrad uate Programs 24 APRIL 2017 This policy is also available on the CEPT University website: http://cept.ac.in/about/refund-policy Clause 1. In case a student gives up the admission on or before 17 May 2017, paid part fees will be refunded after deduction of administrative charges of INR 50000 /-. Full amount of paid refundablee deposit will be refunded. Clause 2. In case a student gives up the admission any time between 18 May 2017 and 30 May 2017, paid part fees will be refunded after deduction of 50 per cent. However, full amount of paid refundable deposit will be refunded. Clause 3. In case a student gives up the admission any time between 31 May 2017 and 27 June 2017, paid fees will be refunded after deduction of 75 per cent. However full amount of paid refundable deposit will be refunded. Clause 4. In case a student gives up the admission after 27 June 2017, after payment of full and final fee, 1000 per cent of paid full fees will be deducted. Only full amount of paid refundable deposit will be refunded. Clause 5. In case of transfer from one program to another program within CEPT University, the fee amount paid by the candidate will be transferred suitably. No transfer feee will be charged. Clause 6. All requests for cancellation of admissions and request for refund of fees shall be made throughh the Request for Cancellation option available in the admission portal. In case an applicant is unable to process it through admissions portal, the applicant must email to admissions office (admissions@cept.ac.in) on or before 5:00 PM on the last date as applicable according to this refund policy. No verbal request will be entertained. Clause 7. All Refunds of fees as applicable, shall be made after 20th of July 2017. ************* Page 6 of 7
SCHOLARSHIPSS Post Admission Scholarship Options 24 APRIL 2017 If you have applied for merit cum means scholarship and if the scholarship committee found you eligible for the scholarship based on the documents submitted by you and the availability of number of scholarships, you will receive a separate email with details related to award of scholarship. Apart from merit cum means scholarships, other means of financial aid / scholarship that are announced post admission and during the course of the Academic year are listed below. President Scholarship: The President Scholarship is to students for up to 50% of the total annual fees. provide financial aid to meritorious Research Assistantship: This form of assistantship is offered to meritorious students in lieu of work done on campus for research activities. Teaching/Studentt Assistantship: Teaching/Student Assistantship will be available to the deserving studentss as per the requirement of the University and will be announced at the beginning of every semester. Bank Loan Interest Subsidy: This Scheme is beneficial to students opting for bank loans to fund their study at CEPT University. The University has introduced (Bank Loan Interest Subsidy Scheme), by which it will reimburse interest to the extent of 50%, of the interest paid by the student/parents during the study period.
