Simply decide which level of cover best suits your needs, choose your geographic area from the list in the next section, find your premium from the tables listed on the following pages, then contact Aetna using the details on this page or apply online at www.aetnainternational.com. There are five geographic areas and you should choose the country/area in which you will be resident at the time of inception of the policy. You will be covered worldwide, but if you wish to include elective treatment in the USA, this is available for an extra premium and is shown in Area 5.
