Insurance and Financial Services Technical Cooperation Technical Cooperation (TC) intends to strengthen institutions by transferring relevant knowledge and industry best practise TC can be funded by donors to complement the EBRD investment where a need is identified by the management or shareholders The EBRD can assist with sourcing, hiring and contracting consultants.
