MAXIMUM NUMBER OF CONTRACTORS The maximum number of Contractors allowed is (3) THREE. Otherwise, a GENERAL CONTRACTOR is required. It is acceptable to have ONE General Contractor and up to ONE Specialty Contractor. For example, a GC and a SEPTIC installer. It is always acceptable to have a LEAD or MOLD Contractor above the maximum number of contractors allowed. Lead Contractors must have a Federal ID.
