After that, you may access your account information as well as initiate transactions by calling the automated phone system at 1-800-228-8076 or log on to PlanTrac at www.bbt.com/plantrac. You will need to provide your Social Security number and your Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you do not currently have an account balance in the Plan, your initial PIN is the 6-digit PIN found on your paycheck stub. If you have already accessed your account and have forgotten your PIN, you can request a new PIN, which will be mailed within five business days from the date of your rollover. Once you have received your PIN, you can access your account information by calling the automated phone system or logging on to PlanTrac. You may change your PIN at any time. It is very important to keep this PIN confidential. You cannot access your account information without your PIN. Instructions to Designate BB&T Corporation 401(k) Savings Plan Beneficiary(ies) through BBT.HRInTouch.com 1) Open your Internet browser, type BBT.HRInTouch.com into the address bar, and press Enter. 2) Follow the login instructions on your screen. 3) Click on the ebenefitsnow Quick Link. 4) Click on the My Benefits tab at the top of the page. 5) Scroll down and click on View/Edit Information beside 2011 BB&T 401(k). 6) Click on the Edit button beside Beneficiaries. On the next screen, you may click to add a beneficiary (or edit an existing beneficiary designation, if applicable). You may repeat this step for any additional beneficiaries you would like to designate. When you are ready to proceed, click Next. 7) Click on the Edit button beside Spouse Beneficiary Acknowledgement. On the next screen, select the option that applies and click Next. 8) Click on the Save button.
