CONSUMER ACCOUNT DISCLOSURE March 26, 2018 OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE will provide you with the ability to pay inadvertent overdrafts on your account up to $20000 for checking accounts open less than 35 days, up to $60000 for checking accounts open more than 35 days, or up to $800 for checking accounts open more than 35 days with a regularly occurring direct deposit (Defined as two or more ACH deposits, each exceeding $100, within a 60 day time period) OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE is extended to you to handle inadvertent overdrafts, and to provide you with peace of mind knowing your checks generally will be honored up to your assigned OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE limit This non-contractual courtesy costs you nothing unless you use the privilege - by initiating checks, electronic funds transfers, recurring debit card transactions, or other payment or withdrawal requests for more than you have on deposit in your account Payment of overdrafts caused by ATM and everyday debit card transactions such as point-of-sale ("POS") transactions will only be authorized if you have opted-in to that service If you maintain your account in good standing (as defined below) and you have need for this "privilege", we will generally pay your transactions up to your assigned limit, and we will charge your account our normal Return NSF Item/Paid Overdraft Item Fee of $3000 for each item that overdraws your account We will mail you a notice each time an overdraft occurs Please read our policy, it will answer any questions, you may have If you need further clarification, do not hesitate to call customer service or your account officer at 18776393511 OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE POLICY : It is the policy of our Bank to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and to conduct business in accordance with applicable safety and soundness standards An insufficient balance may result from: A) The payment of checks, electronic funds transfers, ATM withdrawals, debit card payments, or other withdrawal requests; B) Payments authorized by you; C) The return of deposit items by other institutions marked unpaid; D) The imposition of bank service charges; or E) The deposit of items which according to the Bank's Funds Availability Policy, are treated as not yet "available" or finally paid We are not obligated to pay any item presented for payment if your account does not contain sufficient collected funds However, if you maintain your account in good standing, defined as: A) Making regular deposits; B) Bringing the account to a positive balance every thirty days or less; C) There are no legal orders outstanding; D) You are not in default on any loan obligation to Southside Bank; and E) You have not declared bankruptcy, we will consider-as a discretionary courtesy or service and not a right of yours nor an obligation on our part-approving your reasonable overdrafts caused by checks, electronic funds transfers, and recurring debit card transactions Payment of overdrafts caused by ATM and everyday debit card transactions such as a point-of-sale ("POS") transactions will only be authorized if you have opted-in to that service, Generally, we will not approve an overdraft for you in excess of your assigned limit as determined in paragraph one above These limits include our Return NSF Item/Paid Overdraft Item Fee(s) We may refuse to pay an overdraft for you at any time, even though we may have previously paid overdrafts for you OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE does not constitute an actual or implied obligation of the bank The service represents a purely discretionary courtesy that the bank may provide to you from time to time and which may be withdrawn or withheld by the bank at any time without prior notice or reason or cause You will be notified by mail of any overdraft items paid or non sufficient funds items returned that you may have; however, we have no obligation to notify you before we pay or return any item The amount of any overdraft plus our Return NSF Item Fee and/or Paid Overdraft Item Fee(s) that you owe us shall be due and payable upon demand If there is an overdraft paid by us on an account with more than one (1) owner on the signature card, each owner, and agent if applicable, drawing/presenting the item creating the overdraft, shall be jointly and severally liable for such overdraft plus our Return NSF Item/Paid Overdraft Item Fee(s) LIMITATIONS: OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE is not available on Money Market, Health Savings, and Spirit Checking accounts Next Checking accounts are excluded from Overdraft Privilege for a minimum of 12 months from account opening, and only permitted thereafter by approved request We may also limit the number of accounts eligible for OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE to one account Additionally, we reserve the right to not approve any overdrafts against your account until we can verify that your account is being maintained in good standing, as defined above PAYMENT ORDER OF ITEMS: If there are available funds to cover some, but not all, of the withdrawals and other debits to your Account on a single business day, items presented for payment will be debited from your account in the following order of priority: (1) Priority debit items (cash withdrawals, teller cashed checks, and equivalents, such as wire transfers, internal Page 1 of 23

transfers, account service fees, and ATM withdrawals), (2) Debit card transactions will be debited low to high amount, (3) ACH items without check numbers will be debited low to high amount Then ACH items with check numbers will be debited low to high check number order, and (4) Checks will be debited low to high check number order ACCOUNT FEES ON ALL ACCOUNTS, INCLUDING FREE CHECKING: Whether we pay or return a Non-Sufficient Funds item, a flat per item handling fee will be charged to your account as a Return NSF Item and/or Paid Overdraft Item Fee of $3000 We will not charge you more than five (5) total Paid Overdraft Item Fees per day for overdrawing your account YOU MAY ALWAYS OPT OUT: You may choose at any time to not participate in the service by notifying one of our Service Representatives OPTIONAL OVERDRAFT PROTECTION SERVICES: We offer additional overdraft protection services that you may choose to utilize These include credit approved overdraft lines of credit and automatic funds transfers from another account of yours with us If you choose these optional services, you may save money on the total fees you pay us for overdraft protection services READY RESERVE CHECKING Description: Ready Reserve Checking is an unsecured Line of Credit with a fixed ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 14% It has a dual purpose since it can be used as a form of Overdraft Protection on a Southside Bank checking account and it may also be used as a Credit Line The Credit Line provides customers with the ability to write checks whenever needed Eligibility: With approved credit Anyone can apply for a Ready Reserve Account A checking account with Southside Bank is required All owners of the checking account must sign the Ready Reserve Checking Agreement Credit Line Amounts: Minimum Credit is $50000 Minimum advance is $25000, or remaining Credit Line balance A Credit Line will be established based on the individual's income, financial status and credit history Credit Line increases are available upon application Credit Line Uses: The Ready Reserve Account can be used as overdraft protection on checking accounts The Ready Reserve Account is an established Credit Line Therefore, the customer does not have to apply each time additional funds are needed Overdrawing the associated checking account accesses the Credit Line Finance Charge: When Finance Charges begin to accrue: Periodic FINANCE CHARGES for credit advances under your Credit Line will begin to accrue on the date credit advances are posted to your Credit Line There is no "free ride period" which would allow you to avoid a FINANCE CHARGE on your Credit Line credit advances Method used to determine the balance on which the FINANCE CHARGE will be computed: A daily FINANCE CHARGE will be imposed on all credit advances made under your Credit Line imposed from the date of each credit advance based on the "daily balance" method To get the daily balance, we take the beginning balance of your Credit Line Account each day, add any new advances and subtract any payments or credits and any unpaid FINANCE CHARGES This gives us the "daily balance" Method of determining the amount of FINANCE CHARGE: Any FINANCE CHARGE is determined by applying the "Periodic Rate" to the balance described above Then we add together the periodic FINANCE CHARGES for each day in the statement cycle This is your FINANCE CHARGE calculated by applying a Periodic Rate The Periodic Rate and the corresponding ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE on your Credit Line are subject to change from time to time Repayment: Payments are 5% of the outstanding balance plus all accrued interest or $2500 plus all accrued interest, whichever is greater and are automatically debited from the associated checking account Page 2 of 23

AUTOMATIC OVERDRAFT TRANSFER Automatic Overdraft Transfer links your Southside Bank checking account to another Southside Bank account - such as a savings or second checking account - and automatically transfers available funds when your checking account does not have enough money to cover your transactions This service can help you avoid Overdraft and Merchant Fees To do this, you will need to give Southside Bank permission by completing an authorization form There is no cost to enroll in Automatic Overdraft Transfer You pay only when you use the service There is a $1000 transfer fee each time we need to transfer funds for you Interest Rates and Annual Percentage Yields are current as of 03-26-2018 For current rate information call (888) 567-3043 CLASSIC CHECKING The Bank may make a change in your Checking Account that will not affect your available balance, FDIC insurance or bank statement This Account will consist of a checking sub account and a savings sub account The bank may periodically transfer funds between these two sub accounts The saving sub account will be governed by the rules governing our other savings accounts Limitations: You must deposit $5000 to open this account Account Fees: Paper Statement Fee: $300 (waived w/e-statement enrollment) Inactivity Fee: $500 (monthly fee assessed if inactive for 90 days and balance is less than $50000) Check Handling: Checks are held in safekeeping (No items will be returned in the monthly statements) Should you need a copy of a check, it is available at no charge for 90 days through your Online Banking access Copies may also be requested for a fee See Miscellaneous Fees and Charges PRIME CHECKING The Bank may make a change in your Checking Account that will not affect your available balance, FDIC insurance or bank statement This Account will consist of a checking sub account and a savings sub account The bank may periodically transfer funds between these two sub accounts The saving sub account will be governed by the rules governing our other savings accounts Limitations: You must deposit $5000 to open this account Account Fees: Monthly Maintenance Fee: $500 Reduced by $100 while account is enrolled in e-statements Reduced by $010 for each * qualified debit card POS purchase that posts to the account during the statement cycle Credit toward the Monthly Maintenance Fee in excess of $500 will not be added to the account balance or carried forward to future statement cycles The Monthly Maintenance Fee (less credits earned during each statement cycle) will be assessed on the first day of the following statement cycle * Qualified debit card POS purchases include Pinned Point-Of-Sale (POS) purchases, Signature POS purchases and Pinless Bill Pay POS debit transactions ATM transactions do not apply Please Note: Prime Checking includes BaZing Benefits Package Registration on Bazingcom is required to receive certain benefits available with this product Benefits are subject to terms and conditions provided on BaZingcom Check Handling: Checks are held in safekeeping, imaged items will be included in the monthly statement SPIRIT CHECKING The Bank may make a change in your Checking Account that will not affect your available balance, FDIC insurance or bank statement This Account will consist of a checking sub account and a savings sub account The bank may periodically transfer funds between these two sub accounts The saving sub account will be governed by the rules governing our other savings accounts Limitations: You must deposit $5000 to open this account Account Fees: No Monthly Fee Inactivity Fee: $500 (monthly fee assessed if inactive for 90 days and balance is less than $50000) For minors, ages 13 thru 17 years old Co-ownership of a family member over the age of 18 is required at the time of account opening Account must be opened without right of survivorship and no payable on death beneficiary At the age of 18 the account will convert to a Classic Checking At that time you will have the option to add right of survivorship or designate a payable on death beneficiary This account is not eligible for Overdraft Privilege Page 3 of 23

Veteran card, valid current military ID or a DD-214 ("Long Form") showing honorable or general discharge under honorable conditions Account Benefits: Free initial order of "American Flag" checks with first new account Initial fee waived for custom "Patriotic" Advantage Check Card (for all account owners) Check Handling: Checks are held in safekeeping, imaged items will be included in the monthly statement NEXT CHECKING The Bank may make a change in your Checking Account that will not affect your available balance, FDIC insurance or bank statement This Account will consist of a checking sub Limitations: You must deposit $5000 to open this account Account Fees: Monthly Maintenance Fee: $995 Paper Statement Fee: $300 (waived w/e-statement enrollment) Account applicants must not have been reported to ChexSystems within the last six (6) months, unless the report is from Southside Bank Account applicants may not have a history of account fraud with ChexSystems When reopening a Southside Bank charged off account, the customer must pay 10% or $5000, whichever is greater The balance of the charged off total may be set up on a fresh start repayment plan if the amount exceeds $10000 Overdraft Privilege is not available for a minimum of 12 months from account opening, and only permitted thereafter by approved request Check Handling: Checks are held in safekeeping (No items will be returned in the monthly statements) Should you need a copy of a check, it is available at no charge for 90 days through your Online Banking access Copies may also be requested for a fee See Miscellaneous Fees and Charges SENIOR CHECKING The Bank may make a change in your Checking Account that will not affect your available balance, FDIC insurance or bank statement This Account will consist of a checking sub account and a savings sub account The bank may periodically transfer funds between these two sub accounts The saving sub account will be governed by the rules governing our other savings accounts Rate Information: This Account is an interest bearing account The interest rate on the account is 012% with an annual percentage yield of 012% The interest rate and annual percentage yield may change At our discretion, we may change the interest rate on the account Daily Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for the deposit of noncash items (for example, checks) Interest will be compounded monthly and will be credited to the account monthly Balance Information: We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account This method applies a daily periodic rate to the collected balance in the account each day Limitations: You must deposit $5000 to open this account Account Fees: No Monthly Fee Inactivity Fee: $500 (monthly fee assessed if inactive for 90 days and balance is less than $50000) For customers 60 years or age or better One Senior Account per primary account holder Check Handling: Checks are held in safekeeping, imaged items will be included in the monthly statement CHECKING PLUS The Bank may make a change in your Checking Account that will not affect your available balance, FDIC insurance or bank statement This Account will consist of a checking sub account and a savings sub account The bank may periodically transfer funds between these two sub accounts The saving sub account will be governed by the rules governing our other savings accounts Rate Information: This Account is an interest bearing account If the balance is less than $2,50000, the interest rate paid on the entire balance in the account will be 006% with an annual percentage yield of 006% If the balance is more than $2,49999, but less than $10,00000, the interest rate paid on the entire balance in the account will be 011% with an annual percentage yield of 011% If the balance is more than $9,99999, but less than $25,00000, the interest rate paid on the entire balance in the account will be 015% with an annual percentage yield of 015% If the balance is more than $24,99999, but less than $50,00000, the interest rate paid on the entire balance in the account will be 020% with an annual
