PlayOLG Account and Balances: To participate in the Offer, an Eligible Participant (defined below in Rule 5) must have a valid PlayOLG Account that is in good standing in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms (an Account ). Each Account is divided into a cash balance (the Cash Balance ) and a bonus balance (the Bonus Balance ). Allocation of Funds Won : Any funds won resulting from wagers made using funds from an Eligible Participant s Cash Balance will automatically be credited to the Cash Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account. Any funds won resulting from wagers made using funds from an Eligible Participant s Bonus Balance will automatically be credited to the Bonus Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account. Any funds won resulting from wagers made using a combination of funds from an Eligible Participant s Cash Balance and Bonus Balance will automatically be credited, in direct proportion to the amounts used from each such Balance to comprise your wager, to the Cash Balance and Bonus Balance, respectively, of the Eligible Participant s Account.
4. Deposit(s): As used in these Terms, a deposit ( Deposit ) means a minimum deposit of fifteen Canadian dollars ($15 CAD) that has been made by an Eligible Participant into his/her Account in accordance with the PlayOLG Terms. 5. Eligibility: The Offer is available in Ontario only and is open only to residents of Ontario who (at the time of participation): (i) are nineteen (19) years of age or older; (ii) have a valid Account; and (iii) have only ever made one (1) Deposit into their Account (each, an Eligible Participant ). 6. Code: The email received from PlayOLG, concerning this Offer, will contain a code ( Code ); this Code may also be available through PlayOLG.ca; the Code is required to participate in the Offer. Please retain the original Code for your records. All Codes submitted are subject to verification in the sole and absolute discretion of OLG. Offer Redemption: To redeem the Offer (an Offer Redemption ), an Eligible Participant must log-in to his/her Account and make a first Deposit (a First Deposit ) into his/her Account. At the time of making the First Deposit, the Eligible Participant will be required to enter his/her Code in the space provided. Once the Code has been entered and the First Deposit is complete, the Eligible Participant will automatically receive Bonus Funds (the Bonus Funds ) in the Bonus Balance of his/her Account. The amount of Bonus Funds that the Eligible Participant will receive will be up to One Hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD). Verification: All Eligible Participants, Offer Redemptions and Codes are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. OLG reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to OLG): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual s eligibility to
participate in this Offer; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any Offer Redemption, email, Code or other information for the purposes of this Offer; and/or (iii) for any other reason OLG deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Offer in accordance with these Terms. Wager Requirements Relating to Bonus Funds: A wagering requirement is a number of times, or total amount wagered, that you are required to play to convert your Bonus Funds to your Cash Balance (the Wager Requirement ). Within thirty (30) calendar days of the Bonus Funds being deposited into your Account, you must have wagered an aggregate of ten (10) times the total amount of the Bonus Funds on PlayOLG.ca. In the event of making a Deposit into his/her Cash Balance, wagered amounts are first deducted from the Eligible Participant s Cash Balance of his/her Account. If no funds remain in the Eligible Participant s Cash Balance, then the wager amount is deducted from the Eligible Participant s Bonus Balance of his/her Account. This means that funds in an Eligible Participant s Bonus Balance are only wagered in the event that the funds available in the Cash Balance of the Eligible Participant s Account are insufficient to complete the wager.
