Costs associated with activities that facilitate and enhance instruction. Specific costs include counselors, nurses, psychologists, curriculum development, and library services. Cost for the administration of schools including all costs associated with school offices for secretaries, principals, assistant principals, etc.
2012-2013 General Fund Expenditures Category General Administration Business Support Central Support Community Services & Other Description Expenses for the Board of Education, legal services, audit services, the superintendent s office, and instructional leadership. Costs associated with paying, transporting, exchanging and maintaining goods and services for the district. This area includes accounting and payroll, purchasing, warehousing, printing, maintenance, custodial, grounds, the garage, transportation, and all utilities. Costs for activities that support each of the other instructional and supporting services programs which includes human resources, communications, technology services, and risk management. Costs associated with maintaining community relations including the cost of participating in the Parks Improvement Advisory Board.
