Ghulum Murshed Latiful Quader FCA Professional Experiences 35 Years Ghulum Murshed Latiful Quader studied Chartered Accountancy in the UK and worked for a number of Chartered Accountancy firms before joining British Petroleum. He ran his accountancy practice (Kingston Accountancy Services Ltd) and in 1997 moved to Bangladesh. In Bangladesh, he worked for UK Civil Service (DFID), European Commission and a number of group companies.
