1.Global Academy Place (the product) 1.1. The problem Most people on our planet work to earn a living. They do it with the sole purpose of providing a better life for themselves, as well as their family. That is why buying a new home or a car are some of the biggest milestones in their life. This is how all funds from the target are going to be used. All funds between the target and the cap are intended for buybacks in order to optimize the process.
Lectures & Development = 38% In its core, Global Academy Place is an educational institution, so the courses are what makes our business model come true. The courses consist of lessons which are videos with educational content. The developers of these videos are our graduates, who have finished our live course. These are our best students and we believe they are the right people because they have walked the road of knowledge, know where they have had the most difficulties and now know how to make the courses even better. The admins, who are the most experienced in Global Academy Place, supervise the developers and evaluate their work. After the crowdfund period all developers are going to vote on how to be paid in USD or in ETH. Approximately the cost for one lection is from 1 to 1,5 ETH. If the developers choose USD for their payment, we will calculate their payment using the price of ETH after closing the crowdfund. How do we generate the value?
We generate revenue and human resources from the FOREX courses, sales and future cryptocurrency courses. All income we generate is recalculated in USD and when the expenses (sellers commissions, lector commissions- if the lessons are live, and others) are subtracted we put the profit in the Academy Safe. The approximate net profit from one student is between $500 to $600. The profit is going to be deposited in portions of $500 and every revenue from a course more than $500 is going to be stored for one of the next steps. Global Academy Place declares that the net profit is going to be used for raising the price of GAP tokens and providing liquidity. The process is fully transparent so all incomes and expenses are going to be published and available to be seen by the investors. Thus, the GAP owners have a clear view on what is happening at Global Academy Place. 3.2.1. Inner exchange Our inner exchange is the smart contract of the Academy Safe in the Blockchain of Ethereum. The price of GAP in ETH is updated every 24 hours and remains the same until the next update. All transactions are proceeded via ETH and that means you can see drop-downs of the price of GAP token in ETH but never in USD. We only use ETH for the transactions and the profit of our investors is going to be in the USD equivalent of the ETHs they are getting back. For updating the price of ETH/USD we are using the actual price of ETH from the Poloniex exchange. The Academy Safe is going to be public and every user is going to be known for the Safe s balance. The Academy Safe is funded first from the Reserves of the budget which is 10% of the whole funding and secondly from the profit generated by the sold courses. Buybacks After the crowdsale period Global Academy Place is going to publicly declare the amount of funds in USD that are going to be deposited in the Academy Safe.
