Introduction to DPX Training Module I This training module is designed to assist users in accessing eport. eport is the secure web site through which Equifax Decision Power Express SM (DPX) is accessed. For more information refer to the Equifax Decision Power Express SM Customer Guide, available from your sales representative. Decision Power Express Accessing eport as a New User
Accessing eport as a New User Decision Power Express is accessed through the Equifax eport web site. Follow these steps to log into eport for the first time: 1. If you have never visited eport from your computer, type: https://www.eport.equifax.com/eport/tokenlogin.jsp into the address bar of your web browser and press the Enter key, or click Go at the right side of the address bar. This opens the initial eport login page as displayed below. 5
Accessing eport as a New User 2. Enter the company ID, user ID and initial password you received from your company administrator. Note: the password field is case sensitive. 3. Select Submit. 6
Accessing eport as a New User The User Verification page displays. 4. Enter the challenge response answer you received from your company administrator. 5. Select submit. A security token is then applied to your computer. The User Verification page is no longer displayed when you log into eport from this computer. 7
Accessing eport as a New User 6. You are prompted to change your password. Enter your old password as well as the new one you are establishing. Note the rules for creating passwords. 8

Decision Power Express Accessing eport as an Existing User
Accessing eport as an Existing User As an existing user you access eport through a different login site since your computer has already received the security information. 1. Type: https://www.eport.equifax.com/eport/login.jsp into the address bar of your web browser and press the Enter key, or click Go at the right side of the address bar. This opens the standard eport login page as displayed below. 11
Accessing eport as an Existing User Adding eport to Internet Favorites 2. With the standard eport login page displayed, select Add to Favorites from the Favorites menu of your web browser. This opens the Add Favorite dialog box. 3. Select OK on the dialog box to add the eport login page to your primary favorites list, or select a particular folder in which to keep the eport link. You can then access eport from the Favorites menu. 12
Accessing eport as an Existing User Logging into eport and Messages 4. Enter your user ID and password. 5. Select Login. Any pertinent messages, such as when system maintenance is scheduled to take place, are displayed at the bottom of the eport login page. 13
Accessing eport as an Existing User eport Home Page After you log into the system, the Welcome to eport page is displayed. The features of this page are discussed in the next module ( Module II Submitting Requests for Decisions ). 14
Accessing eport as an Existing User Logging Off When you have completed your work in eport log out of the system. 1. Select the Logoff button at the top of the Welcome to eport page. 15
Accessing eport as an Existing User Logging Off After selecting Logoff the screen shown below is displayed. 2. Select Click here to close browser. The pop-up shown below displays informing you that completing the logoff process closes the browser window. 3. Select Yes to close the window. 16
Decision Power Express Changing Your Password
Changing Your Password eport passwords are set by default to expire at 90 days. After 90 days you are prompted to change your password. You also have the flexibility to change your password any time you prefer by following these steps. 1. Select User Preferences from the top right of the Welcome to eport page. 18
Changing Your Password The Change User Preferences page opens. 2. From this page select the Change My Password link. 19
Changing Your Password 3. Enter your current password and enter your new password twice. This insures you did not make an error in typing your new password. 4. Selecting Save returns you to the Change User Preference page. Note: you are not able to reuse any of your previous 12 passwords. 20
Changing Your Password Once you have saved your new password, a message displays on the Change User Preferences page confirming that your password has been successfully changed. 21
Changing Your Password 5. From the Change User Preference page select CustomerPORT to return to the Welcome to eport page. 22
