Welcome to EDSI Benefits Now you can make your benefit elections online! You can access Web Benefits directly from Paylocity Web Pay. For any benefits questions, please contact the following individual: Sheryl Coonan (scoonan@edsisolutions.com). For more information on eligibility and plan coverage, please visit the intranet. To access Web benefits, you can login through Paylocity Web Pay with the following link: https://login.paylocity.com If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to: Click on Register New User Account at the bottom of the page Enter the text image Enter company code B3285 then follow the 5 steps in order to verify your identity and set up your user account Once you log in to Web Pay, you will see the following screen.

Click on Applications Click on Web Benefits. This will take you to the Web Benefits home page.

From the Home Page, click on ENROLL NOW. The enrollment process consists of the following 4 steps/tabs. You will be taken through each tab to make changes or confirm your information on file and choose your benefits for the new plan year. 1. Employee (Personal Information) 2. Family (Family Information) 3. Enroll 4. Confirm

Verify your Personal Information Before beginning your enrollment, please verify the accuracy of all of your personal information (e.g., address, DOB, etc.) If you need to make any changes, you can do so directly on the site. Verify that all information is accurate. Please Note: Any field that has an asterisk next to it is required. When you have finished, check I agree at the bottom of the page and click Continue.

Verify your Family Information Please be sure to add all dependents that may be missing from the Family Information section before proceeding to the next section. To do this, click on Add Dependents. When all of your family information is accurate, check I agree and click Continue. Adding Dependent Information

Making Benefit Elections Medical, Dental, & Vision Plans To start your enrollment, click on the Get Started button. The first incomplete benefit will open up.

From here, you can compare costs across all available plans by selecting your desired tier in the Compare Costs drop down menu, compare plan details side by side by clicking on the Compare Plans link next to Plan Selection, and review details of a specific plan by clicking on the plan name link. Note: All the rates represented in this training guide are for training purposes only. These rates do not represent actual benefit pricing.

Upon making your plan selection, you will be able to waive or cover eligible dependents on file by selecting the Cover or Waive radio button next to each dependent s name. If you wish to add a new dependent at this time, click on the Add Dependent button to be taken directly to the family tab to add the dependent. If you are satisfied with your selection, click on Next. Upon completing your benefit election, the box will be checked and you will be taken into the next active and incomplete enrollment.

Voluntary Life and AD&D Plans To elect the Voluntary Employee or Dependent Life plans, select the radio button next to the plan name and select your desired coverage amount from the dropdown. When you are satisfied with your election, click Next. Note: You can click on Calculate Costs to determine the cost for the coverage amount selected. Employer Paid Basic Life and Disability Plans The enrollment site automatically enrolls you in these plans paid by EDSI if you are a full-time, salaried staff member. The boxes are already checked to indicate your enrollment. Note: All the rates represented in this training guide are for training purposes only. These rates do not represent actual benefit pricing. If at any time, you want to review, change your elections, or find more information about the plan(s), click on the View/Edit link next to the plan type. When you are satisfied with all of your benefit plan elections, click at bottom of the page. Note: All the rates represented in this training guide are for training purposes only. The next part of the benefit enrollment process is to update your beneficiary assignments. Your dependents on file will automatically be listed as beneficiaries. Enter your assignments to total 100%. When finished, click Continue. If you would like to add another beneficiary, click on Add Beneficiary to go to the Beneficiary Maintenance page.

Almost Finished! You will now be on the final review page. Review all of your benefit elections and covered dependents. Total Cost for Benefits per pay period You will see messages saying Pending Approval. HR will have to manually approve all elections. Once you've completed your review, check the I agree, and I'm finished with my enrollment box at the bottom of the page and click the Save My Enrollment button at the bottom of this page.

Confirmation You can send yourself an e-mail confirmation of your elections or print it for your records. Note: Although the online benefits enrollment site is a secure site, and your information is encrypted during transit, it is important that you log off when you have completed your session. Click on the Log Out icon in the upper right-hand corner of the enrollment site to log off. For security purposes, the system will automatically logout if you leave your system idle for more than 30 minutes.
