PANACA TOWN BUDGET MESSAGE 2012-2013 The Panaca Town Advisory Board is submitting herewith a budget that addresses the obligations of the ensuing fiscal year. The town has one fund that receives property taxes, the general fund. The General fund has been budgeted with an ending fund balance of $31,972 to meet the necessary obligations of the ensuing fiscal year.
