GENERAL State Bank of India, Local Head Office, Bhubaneswar, invites applications for pre-qualification of contractors for participation in the tendering /bidding for the captioned work to be carried out for State Bank of India at Sambalpur in Odisha state. The purpose of this pre qualification is to shortlist suitable Contractors for obtaining competitive bids for the project. 2. DETAILS OF THE PROJECT/WORK 1 Name of work Construction of Multi Storied Office Building for State Bank of India at Sambalpur of Odisha state. 2 Site Address At Sambalpur in the State of Odisha ( Near the SBI Sambalpur Main Branch) 3 Scope of work in brief The work includes Civil, Water Supply, Sanitary, and Compound Wall & Site Development works etc. 3. ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR PRE-QUALFICATION Contractors applying for pre-qualification must fulfill each of the following criteria individually as construction contractor/contracting firm. The applications of the contractors not fulfilling the said criteria shall not be considered for short listing /pre-qualification. The applicant should be experienced in the field of construction /execution of building works including firefighting work for at least last 7 (seven) years as on 31.03.2017. The applicant should have a valid PAN of Income Tax Department. The applicant s average annual financial turnover (construction work only) during the last 3 (three) years ending 31 st March, 2017 should be at least Rs 226.00 lacs. The applicant shall have experience of having successfully completed building works similar to the Bank s proposed project during last 7 (seven) years ending 31st March - 2017 with the following criteria; ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF EMPANELMENT Requirement of solvency, value of work executed and Annual Turnover is as under: Civil & Allied works (Civil, Sanitary, Plumbing, site development etc.) Classification of work Minimum Amount of Solvency certificate (Rs) Minimum Single Value of ONE work Completed (Rs) (Or) Minimum Single value of each TWO works Completed (Rs) (Or) Minimum Single value of each THREE works Completed (Rs ) Minimum Average Annual Turnover of last 5 years (Rs) Page 2 of 12

General Criteria a) The firm must be registered in appropriate class / category with CPWD / MES / PSU / Nationalized Banks / PWD / Railways / Other Govt. & Semi Govt. Organizations / Construction firms of National or International repute. b) The firm must have adequate experienced Civil Engineer/s (with at least 03 years for Civil Engg Degree holder and 05 years for Civil Engg. Diploma Holders); supervisors with at least 03 years of relevant experience, currently employed with the firm for not less than the last 5 years. c) The firm to be in possession of concrete mixer with hopper; weigh batcher; cube moulds; moisture testing, silt content, volumetric & weight measuring, sieve analysis and other equipment required to set up a field laboratory, along with relevant IS Codes. d) The firm shall with his application submit the latest Bank Solvency Certificate (from Nationalized or Scheduled Bank) as mentioned above. 4.
