The CPDD s Form Based Standards are intended to maintain the district s high design quality, resulting in a positive and sustainable atmosphere for development. Future additional retail, commercial, higher density residential, and office spaces are planned in the district. Fairview Town Center, a mixed-use lifestyle center, opened in 2009 and provides more than 900,000 square feet of upscale retail and commercial space, quality restaurants, and residential-above-retail units. Anchoring the lifestyle center are Macy s, Dillard s, The Container Store, J.C. Penney, and Whole Foods.
