mycigna Review My Coverage / Health Savings Account (HSA) Log in to mycigna.com On the homepage, click on Review My Coverage in the top navigation bar Next, click on Health Savings Account (HSA) in the dropdown menu 3

mycigna Manage Claims & Balances Under the Manage Claims & Balances tab there are more areas where you can view your HSA balances and recent transactions. 5

mycigna Balances & Account Transactions Click on Balances & Account Transactions under the Manage Claims & Balances tab to: Easily view your HSA balances View your recent HSA transactions. You can sort by contributions, withdrawals or date range Click on the link to Visit your HSA bank to manage your account to go over to the HSA Bank portal 7
HSA Bank Customer Portal - Home By clicking on the Visit your HSA bank link on mycigna.com you will go to your HSA Bank portal On the portal you can not only view your balances and transactions, but also: Pay a bill Order additional debit cards Open an investment account* Add a beneficiary to your account Link your Cigna medical claims to your HSA and elect AutoPay Transfer funds from/to your HSA from/to a personal account And more! There are three I Want To action items found on this page: Make HSA Transaction to pay a bill or reimburse yourself Manage Investments Manage My Expenses * You must meet the minimum cash account threshold to open an investment account (typically $2,000) 8
HSA Bank Customer Portal Make HSA Transaction After clicking on Make HSA Transaction, you will be taken to the below screen. This screen allows you to pay a healthcare bill, send a payment to yourself to reimburse yourself for expenses you paid for with personal funds or transfer funds into your HSA from a personal account. Note: In order to transfer funds to or from your HSA, you must first have added your personal bank account information using the Profile tab. 9

Here, first select which account you want to transfer money from Then select Someone Else When sending a payment to someone else such as a doctor or dentist, select from an existing Payee or add a new Payee and complete the billing information Confidential, unpublished property of Cigna. HSA Bank Customer Portal myhealth Portfolio Link Health Care Claims (AutoPay) Initial Selection Under the myhealth Portfolio tab you can: Link your Cigna medical claims to your HSA to initiate the AutoPay feature. The first time you select this feature, click on the Link Health Care Claims box on the top left of the screen. See the next page for next steps 17
HSA Bank Customer Portal myhealth Portfolio Link Healthcare Claims AutoPay Settings From the myhealth Portfolio tab click on Link Healthcare Claims & Manage Payment Options to update your settings at any time At the next screen, link your Cigna medical claims to your HSA if setting up AutoPay for the first time, or update your settings as desired Elect whether to allow your HSA to pay all claims automatically (if funds are available to pay the entire claim) Or elect to choose which claims to pay using HSA funds Access this screen any time you d like to change your settings 18
HSA Bank Customer Portal myhealth Portfolio Under the myhealth Portfolio tab you can: Review and update your AutoPay settings View your Cigna medical claims (if linked to your HSA) and check the status of payment Pay expenses that you manually enter Upload copies of receipts to store with your expenses Keep track of all expenses you ve incurred, even if you didn t use your HSA to pay for those expenses. 19
HSA Bank Customer Portal myhealth Portfolio To view additional information about an expense, click on the row for that expense This allows you to see additional details such as: Type of expense Date of service Mark the expense as paid if you ve paid for the expense with personal funds Add a receipt to store with the expense 20
HSA Bank Customer Portal Account Summary From the Accounts tab you can view your account summary and activity You can also open an investment account or manage your investment account* once opened The Account Summary page will indicate the current balance in your HSA cash account and investment account (if applicable). * You must meet the minimum cash account threshold to open an investment account (typically $2,000) 21
HSA Bank Customer Portal Account Activity Under the Account Activity tab, you can view all of your account activity such as contributions and withdrawals For each transaction it will show the date, type of transaction and amount Click on the transaction row to expand the box which will display additional details such as the : Type of expense (Medical, Dental, Rx) Address information for payments sent Dates of payments 22
HSA Bank Customer Portal - Investments Once you reach the minimum cash balance threshold for your account - typically $2,000 - you are eligible to open an investment account* Here you can view investment options, transfer money into a wide range of mutual fund options and/or open a TD Ameritrade brokerage account all through your Cigna HSA Once you open your investment account you can also indicate your initial transfer amount, as well as any future transfers either as a one-time or recurring transfer** * Opening an investment account is optional to you and that funds held in an investment account are not FDIC insured ** Funds in your investment account cannot be used to pay your expenses, you would need to transfer funds back into your HSA cash account if you needed to use them to pay your expenses. 23

HSA Bank Customer Portal Statements & Notifications On the Statements & Notifications tab you can access your monthly account statements and your tax statements You can also update your notification preferences and elect to receive emails when: A contribution was received Your balance is below a certain amount A payment has been made from your account 25
