Services of İŞKUR Employment Services Youth Employment Incentives For women older than 18 or men at the age between 18 and 29 who has Vocational Qualification Certificate or who completed the vocational courses of İŞKUR or who has no any vocational qualification the amount of insurance premium shares of employers is paid from Unemployment Insurance Fund up to 54 months. For young people aged between 18 29 who completed on-the-job training, the amount of insurance premium shares of employers is paid from Unemployment Insurance Fund up to 42 months.
